Those look really nice. I like the adjustable leg. You mentioned gutter cleaning. Does it sit flush against a building? Most orchard ladders will pivot on the third leg and are very awkward for roof access.
Yeah, I don't know. I can see the benefits, such as getting in closers and being able to navigate obstacles. The weight and being able to adjust for slope. I've been in the residential 3:01 and drywall game for a couple of decades. I've got a fair amount of extension ladders and step ladders. The tripod looks like an odd choice, but I'd have to climb it to say. Next time, I'm in Florida. I'll have to check it out in person.
Huge fan of the Hasegawa ladders! I have had them for years and there is NOTHING bad to say about them but that they aren't cheap! :D

I bought a 10' Hasegawa in 2017 for 399.99. Those days are over, these ladders have become popular + inflation unfortunately.
