Quick Tips: Planning Your Day at the Dog Show

Do you get nervous when showing your dog? Flustered? Do you run out of time when grooming and getting ready to go in the ring? The best thing you can do is PLAN your day and mentally prepare yourself, and your dog, for ring time. Here are a few times for planning your day at the dog show:
Tip #1 - Give yourself LOTS of time!
Tip #2 - Watch the judge to learn their judging procedure
Tip #3 - Mentally prepare yourself
Tip #4 - Mentally prepare your dog
Tip #5 - Before going on the ring, use a wet towel at ringside (this helps you and your dog focus and mentally prepare before going in the ring!)
