Try “Cry Out” and “Spoopy” to get an idea of how good Asaka on vocals actually is. Her range is quite a bit wider than Saiki and weirdly she sings in the “wrong” part of it - her deeper stuff is totally hypnotic. They do well live too - they are very talented. I feel like a lot of their songs are pretty mediocre, even though played perfectly, but the good ones are worth the wait - they are top notch. I like this one, I think it’s different enough and catchy enough to stand out and be memorable. It’s on their new EP - out soon. 😊
For me Trident is one of the most interesting bands out of Japan. They are very versatile. I hope you take time and listen to more of their songs. Top three to listen to: Cry out, Neo Future and Ambivalent (besides Spoopy which is a must). Also: Repaint, Signal, Distination and Last hope. You won't be disappointed!
