Don't know how you can lie about them being lazy omg they never stopped!!!!!
I totally understand where you coming from as a business owner you give your employees the best equipment and pay their is no reason why the employees should show some appreciation and respect. A good boss is someone who can do what you are asking your employees to do .
So the clip when you lot was over some place testing equipment in the pub your phone was covered in white Xmas dust. I wasn't going to say nothing but I wipe mine off every time 😂😂

I’d come to work there in a heartbeat if it were closer to home, been operating Taurus shears for 15 odd years, done more blade changes than Richards said “as you can see” 😂. Not driving an hour a day of M6 though 🎉🎉🎉. Keep up the content dude, its bang on, keep up the hard work aswell, stressful and demoralising at times but worth it 👍

That's the catch22 when you do some of this training off your own back, you can't get a job without experience but you can't get experience without getting a job. See a similar problem in the gas industry where loads are conned by training companies into forking over thousands of £ with the promise of well paying work, they get the certificate and then can't get anyone to employ them.
There’s always lots of jobs going for Crane Drivers… definitely worth getting your ticket and trying around yards for a job… or the best job in the world… work for us 🔥
