I've just discovered this series, Terry and his lovely wife are very good people. They are a great team and I personally love the way they help and support the the people who most don't want to know. Given half a chance, his staff have proven they are good people who've been dealt a bad hand. As for that 'Boyle', let him go, get rid of him and watch him from afar for a while, I'd say give him a year on his own to put his life in order.

If you don't train your work staff to be able to run the business on a daily basis, how can they suddenly take over and run it for the two weeks the boss's are on holiday.
