I have had my LEE load all 2 for years and I love it. I can load a box of 25 in about 15 minutes. I shoot trap every week and have loaded thousands of rounds with this machine. I do take it apart every so often when she starts creaking and grease the moving parts but that’s about it. Great little loader.
You can make lead shot very cheap. Just trickle molten lead through a hole ( sized for whatever shot) bounce the drip off of a slightly submerged cloth stretched over a board at a 45° - 70° angle towards the water. You'd be surprised how nice they come out once you get everything down.. I haven't been able to make very accurate rifle rounds yet. I reload for 7.62x54r and 7mm-08. You can get lead scrap cheap.. I use a lot of used lead wheel weights.
good informative thank you sir i just got a lee loadall 2 the resizeing bushing i wasnt sure which way it turned to go on and it dont say in the paperwork with it and you are the only video ive watched that actually said and showed thank you
As mannyCA would say swage the primer pocket ... Take a 3/8 extension and a hammer and give it a good whack right in the shell ... As mannyCA says How many Times can we Reload this Shell ... Great Video .
500 rounds in a hour thats more then 8 a minute thats each 7 sec u done a shell? If there where world record contest in making shells with a Lee load all 2 u can take part of and probaly win.. I use this machine myself and i like it even it the results it has are awesome it makes great shells and awesome crimps.
@@GoldCountryTrapping I'm having a BLAST with mine. I'm saving money by loading shells at home. So far I've saved about $2000 worth of reloading supplies where I probably would have only bought $500 worth of ammo. Yep I'm savin! But I do have 10,000 209's and 24lbs of powder.

I have the same LEE load all. I use #8 shot for trap shooting. I average about a box every 15 minutes. Simple machine but fun to use. Great video!

Rio uses a bigger primer so you must use Rio primers to reload there hulls !
How many times can you re-use a shell on average?
I'm on the 6th time but I load slugs
See videos by mannyCA channel. He has done a bunch of videos.
What was the powder set to fire a semiautomatic shotgun. I am having issues with cycling on my reloads
You will have to use the ficcoci primer or the Rio primer European primers
the brass (not silver) Federal 3 Dram loads dont like the Remmington 209 primers either...
The rio royal buck hulls load cheddite 209s fine
What powder bushing and shot bushing do you use for 8 shot plus powder

The loadall is great but changing bushings, shot size or powders is a pain in the rear.
500 rounds in an hour??
Lee Load All 12 Gauge
Rio is not a standard 209 primer.
Us European primers for the Rios and you'll be good
10,000 rounds an hour!
100
