I’m smiling ear to ear because of your excitement at finding all the pretties. Missed you, your happiness, enthusiasm & excitement is so contagious, I just can't stop smiling! So many beautiful colors, its like my room, haha all of my paintings of mermaids and fairies are everywhere my rock's 2 shelves and in my living room there on every shelf, bookcase table.... TreasureOnTheMind - Not true, the great state of Texas is practically covered in NA Indian artifacts. You can also find fossils in many areas of Texas.

Oh my gosh, I laughed when you kept saying it was the end and then kept going. I understand the feeling. :) I was a bit worried about you toward the end, though - heat stroke is a very real thing. Thanks for sharing your adventure!
Liz, I just gort back from nundle, rained to much but I got alot of crystals and Saphires with zircons, Im so exited to go to new spot or go back so I been in love with nundle right now, quiet, nice people too.

On camping trips to central coast of California, I'd find smooth, waxy-looking green rocks in shallow river beds or creeks and they're quite heavy. The color is a solid light green . Do you have any idea what they could be? I can't find information. You are so quick and informed about all you see. I just discovered your videos and you've got to be the best I've seen..! Oh at 5:39 there is a green rock to the middle left of the screen. It looks like my mystery rock...
Hi Aleta, I just had a quick google of your area and according to one of the websites it's possibly one of these...Plasma Agate, Jade, Jadeite, jasper or chalcedony. The one on this video is a green jasper. Thanks for watching. Cheers, Liz

You ever fossick under UV light? I was watching a recent video about a discovery of nice glowing sodalite inclusions in large pebbles...look up Yooperlites if you haven't seen them yet. Great digs...my kids love all the pink!

hey liz love your videos so much,, i live in New Zealand in the north and have nothing like this around,, if you ever pik up those little full agates,, those tiny eggs that are unbelievably everywhere,, i would love a swap 1 day, even a few, they look soooooooooo amazing and i have a few really nice bits you may like,,
To be honest, I only kept a couple. If ever I do go back, will definitely pick up a lot more.

We're thousand of miles away from home and unfortunately our vehicle can only take so much.

I wanted to get agates for my daughter who loves it when I bring rocks back from airports I work at..went to put In agate creek into GPS turns out it's 22hours drive away from Brisbane so I can't even get her any..is there anywhere close by I can take a work Ute for the day

Hi Liz just wondering if you have a facebook page to follow. Also i live in Stanthorpe, Qld. I have done a fair bit of fossicking now and found alot of beautiful smoky quartz from here, even some in clusters with orthoclase. Do you know much about fossicking in this area?
, what's wong with the greenish, bluish white? Also the really white ice ones?

Nothing wrong with them except they are quite common. Since we're thousands of miles away from home, we are limited to what we can take and therefore have to pick the ones with rarer color. Cheers, Liz
