È normale che lei alterni i due linguaggi (Italiano e Inglese), in maniera molto fluida.

Patrick Dimeo-Edwards I dont find it comical! Most people including myself speak with my hands as an expression sometimes as well. And I'm not italian. Correction! SOME italian's express themselves using hand gestures to describe whatever they're talking about! btw Frm my experience not just 1 Italian stated that, majority I've came across wether thru television or in person always mention hand gestures. If I offended u, I apologize I was actually stickin up for Alessia bc of the rude comment.
Patrick Dimeo-Edwards Mmmmm I'm not sure if I agree with this comment because I think every language emphasizes emotion (I speak 4 languages) I don't think speaking a Romance language changes anything. From what I have learned through my experience living in Italy: the reason hand gestures are so common come is an effect from all of the dialects. In a country where most people (years ago) couldn't understand each other they began to use gestures like sign language (sign language is my second language) to communicate. I have noticed that in Italian Sign Language they use gestures that all Italians are familiar with. Whereas in American Sign Language this isn't the case. This is just what I have learned from my experience in Italy.
