SUMMER SEMESTER RULES (2024)
1. The Summer Semester will be an optional semester.
2. The Summer Semester duration will be 9 weeks.
3. Fees will be charged on a per credit hour basis for the enrolled courses as per university rules.
4. The contact hours per week during the Summer Semester will be more than the regular semester to cover the course contents in reduced time duration of the semester.
5. All academic and assessment activities will be conducted in the summer semester as per the university academic regulations.
6. A student must have attended at least one semester at Virtual University to enroll in Summer Semester.
7. The Summer Semester will be available for students to retake failed courses (where they have received an ‘F’ grade) or to repeat courses for grade improvement.
8. Lab and practicum courses can also be registered during the Summer Semester for failure, repetition, or improvement.
9. A student will be allowed to register for a maximum of 8 credit hours (i.e. max 2 theory courses and one Lab course).
10. Students cannot enroll in the advanced course(s) for the next semester(s). However, they can enroll where the time bar is a constraint, a maximum of 8 credit hours (two courses) subject to the approval of the committee.
11. Mid-term and Final-term examinations in Summer Semester will be conducted according to the schedule given by the Registrar’s Office of the Virtual University.
12. The Virtual University reserves the right to offer, amend, or discontinue Summer Semester offerings based on the University’s needs and resources. 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰
Course Enrolment (Add/Drop) Aug 5th to 9th, 24
Commencement of Classes August 12, 24
Generation of Fee Voucher August 12, 24
Last date of fee submission August 20,24
Mid-Semester Examination (start date) September 4th, 2024
Final-Semester Examination (start date) October 7th, 2024
Result Announcement- Summer Semester October 15, 2024

Maam maine aik subject enroll liya summer semester ke liye. But main fees nahi arrange kar sakti .Main withdraw kese karon ? Kyunke course selection main deselect ka option nahi hai. Greens selection button ko red karon phir Green hojata hai
