Take note that things like that are not legal in most of them countrys . I had a friend getting terrorized by a neighbor, got spied and then the psycho turned on frequencies at him wherever he was in his own flat.....so creepy!

i wish i could tell you, it still goes on and police can do nothing about it. Thing is there might be a lot of cheap gadgets out there on the market, "arduino" can do a lot of funny and creepy things too :)... hope not to go insane folks
