Hi #Zackary Miller you can put them on a timber post but the pin would need a hole put down the middle of the post… I am not sure how strong or practical that would be maybe weld an adaptor on the bottom to fit your post. Depending on how many you want we could custom make them to your design too minimum order are about 150 units plus design costs.
Hi SORRY I missed this comment, At this stage you will need your own engineering report for your building and your country. That will normally tell you how many you can use and to what extent they can be adjusted out. As these have a 33mm threaded pin and most others on the market are 29mm, they should rate higher. I hope that helps Regards Peter
Thanks for your comment steve and yes I know my product and because my product has a locking nut this would never happen but it can happen with other adjusters like the level master stump adjusters that do not have a locking nut. As to knowing my product, if you are saying that a floor can never be level and still have a soft floor where their can be movement when walked on, you would be wrong. The point of adjustable tops is to make the floor level but in some cases (very rare mind you), it can be level and because you have pulled the floor down in that position to get it level when you walk on that part of the floor it can push it down the 2mm that level master leaves clearance in there nut and cause it to go “ting ting” as the weight moves the floor down a little more. Maybe you have not done enough restumping of houses to see this happen with the level master product but it can happen but not with my product that has a locking nut. I hope that clarifies things for you Regards Peter
Gday mate, what state are you in? How do I contact you do you have an email address? Thanks Will need some for Cairns later in the year in a queenslander Thanks
Yes you are right about that termites will track over steel but they can not track though the solid steel thread which gives a easy inspection point. Thanks for your comments I am pleased you like the design and it was a important comment you made.
You don't just use steel footings you use steel for the whole house frame, only problem is it's more expensive, but since every state has termites except Tasmania it's best you go for steel option. If you have timber frame house do not store firewood anywhere nearby, and do regular inspection for termites. I've seen termites aka white ants destroy a 3 year old home I kid you not.
Hi, we are looking for a solution to level our house that has 200x200 concrete stumps. Do you have an adjustable option suitable? Jason.
How do we contact you for product purchasing?
Hi there. Just wondering if you could use the stump adjuster on top of a hard wood post?

Hi, How much weight are these adjusters rated for?

Mate don't use stumping! Concrete slabs are the only way to go!

nice one
Termites in wood and rust in steel , take your pick! Everything turns to disorder in the general laws of thermodynamics
Unless you have water issues bad enough to rust your steel...or maybe next to the beachfront...this is a ripper idea by the looks of it

urban myth.. steel posts stop termites. False man. apart from that little misdemeanour your post adjusters look good
