I have a fixed budget but have a financial advisor, and I have the money to buy, but not sure where to move. Are you able to help with that? Has nothing to do with Yellowstone.
@@movingtomontana4698 ah..... just keep doing what your doing? learning alot about the cows and horses from these videos which is cool, my small town is surrounded by farms so seeing cows out in the fields when i am visiting my sister is cool, they walk up to the fence along with the horses, , there is a video of a lady that trained her cows from babys to be able to ride them like a horse , lol
The other thing most people don’t know is that area was home to a few Indian tribes, it’s actually where Lewis and Clark met and received help from the Salish tribe. Sooo much immense history that most people don’t know about or care to know about. Don't believe everything you think. Here are a few reasons to consider before selling your belongings and moving here: Healthcare is lacking; appointments can take up to six months. Ambulance response times during emergencies can be very slow. The average household income is below the median. Many locals are not fond of out-of-staters, especially Californians. School options are limited. Montana is about 20 years behind in technology, and internet access is often unavailable in many areas. Food prices are higher due to shipping costs. You often have to drive long distances to reach your destinations. While some people are friendly, others can be rude. Home prices are high, and there is not enough affordable housing for the average homebuyer. Some locals may take advantage of newcomers by price gouging. Many Montanans dislike when out-of-state people come here and build privacy fences. There are shady bussines practices here, people get away with being unproffesional due to the fact that there is not much competition. Some people are rude due to the fact that they feel that they are not replacable in their jobs. People take their time to get you what you need. Winters are hard and some people close their businesses for winter. It is hard on teens to adabpt here, not easy to make friends. The suicide rate is high among teens and military vets. DUI is a significant issue on highways, contributing to a high mortality rate. There is alot more that I did not mention, unfortunatly you will find out if you move here.
Here’s a tip for you. Many in the Southern CA area with conservative values are selling homes in the $1-$2 million range. You show the low and high listings. You should consider highlighting a $1-$2 million listing which is a great price point for those leaving CA.
@@tannerboy92 well Tanner, the reality is many “regular” Americans who live in CA and other liberal states are exiting. And some are coming to a neighborhood like yours. Real estate agents give a rosey picture of Montana.
