I healed myself from a very long struggle with alcohol addiction and Dr. Joe was part of my story in how I rewired my brain over 7 yrs ago and i have never craved alcohol since!
Cool! Ive been a heavy beer drinker for most of my life. Finally about 2 years ago I cut way back. I haven't quit, but ive only drank 4x in the past 2 years. I have a couple of events later this summer I plan on having a few at. I dont fear falling back. Not sure how I did it, I just did. I have several jugs of liquor here in my mancave. Never even think about opening them. I know they say completely quit, dont be around it etc, but someone i've been able to control it. I constantly think about all the things I need to get done and how I wont be able to get anything done if im hungover. Now granted I work a lot and they could be a big part because I dont want to spend my day off hungover. Whatever the case im happy with where im at.
@@marilynjones5749 we can all make better choices. The way I approach anything now is the same way I approached getting sober for good. By micro changing my way there! Give yourself 2 choices ( one is better than the other when it comes to something like carbs, sugar etc; for instance; you are craving something sweet; you could grab some candy or you could eat an apple ( both will satisfy the sweet craving and 1 is better than the other). Then build up to it slowly until both your choices are good ones ; a piece of fruit or a sparkling water with 1 oz of juice in it. You build up to this over time... Hope this short version made sense? 😆
I have a tip to make the "better together" show even still better ;-) I would find it better when your guest and you would talk on the couch or on a table together. In this show it looks like a video call.

This is a great interview however it’s frustrating when the interviewer seems to make the interview about themselves. Constantly stopping the information to say “I this” “I that” and to tell their own stories. You can feel Dr. joe knows communication bc he picks up on this and doesn’t attempt to interrupt back. I’m personally so happy with people making their successes, keep it rockin! However please allow the interview to proceed from the expert, please!
I hear Joe Dispenza's voice in my head in the morning, evening, when I don't fee like meditating, thought the day... man, I hear him more than I heard my dads voice. Wouldn't be surprised if I manifested him randomly in my future...

He hadn't done a beginners retreat in years and there was over 2K ppl there! It was beautiful, amazing and life changing ❤️ I owe a lot to Dr joe and MJ Cranmore, fellow you tube person; soulful revolution! They helped me get thru a VERY dark nite of the soul w my adult daughters cancer and other things! Great interview, always valuable information. I have listened and followed Dr Joe for a long time, important information for me. I have used some of his meditations very helpful in my life. Also there are many variations out there, great teachers, it is not a “one size fits all”work. So we need to choose what works for us at that time as our needs changes. I have made big life changes in my life in the last 40 years the teachers have been many all extremely valuable. Seeing the plastic water bottles in this world today, not a good thing. I have watched a few of your interviews in the past you truly look different so the impact shows and I wish you well.

I’ve have been doing all the progressive work and doing two meditations a day to prepare for it. I just wondered what do you think Joe would think of ancestor healing ceremonies? I go to qi classes and they do these ceromonies but I’m not 💯 sure it’s needed.
When I started to listen to Dr. Dispensa I had arthritis in my right hand, for decades my fingers would cramp up on me every morning. I had to snap my fingers so they could move, I had a pain on my left shoulder that wouldn’t go away, I had that pain for years, then about two months later I realized that my pain was gone, my fingers no longer cramps up on me, no longer have that pain in my shoulder

I think that understand now what Dr Joe is saying…The main problem I have is to have family members who cause me to set back because they have their own issues or are toxic to me. So I learned to separate myself from toxic situations .My only routine is to get up early to take a medication but it helps me to stay awake to meditate. I have been meditating for 5 years and doing the work…I have achieved health improvement but not complete healing yet. I learned some of Dr Joes techniques and I apply them . Seems like people with money are most successful since they had less worries plus they can afford the seminars . It seems that most of the people who went to the seminars and did meditations with the crowd had healed. Maybe the energy generated by the multitude is key to that transformation that leads to healing.
There were people who healed without going to the seminar. Some of then got scholarships to go once they healed so they can speak to the multitude. I would say you are still looking at outside circumstances keeping you from your healing. It's not about the healing, it's about you not allowing your outside environment to affect you, that you aren't a victim to it.
Loved the interview. Except for when un called stupid manifesting $1 million. I literally quit a job where I was working super extra long hours, leaving my daughters at home with my sister and to see them on the weekends but not being able to give them my 100% because of being so tired. All I do now is meditate as much as I can so I can manifest my freedom to be a mother. So manifesting a million dollars for me is my goal. At it is not stupid at all.
Dear Maria one of the greatest Yogis that ever lived was Paramahansa Yogananda. He came to America in 1920 He taught the Sconce of Kriya Yoga for 32 years in America. The techniques he taught to attain liberation in their lives had a great impact and influenced the of millions of people in the USA India and throughout the world and it still does. He founded Self Realisation Fellowship in 1925 and founded his Ashrams mainly in California but also in India where today many highly evolved Monks and nuns now live. In 1046 he wrote his classic Autobiography of a Yogi which is still one of the best selling books in the world. In 1952 he Consciously left his body in front of many people and his body to this day has remained in a state of purity. Indeed this is one the most sacred path that exists to find God

Haha. It seems very difficult to interview Dr Joe. In all the interviews - also 2-3-4 years ago - he basically always manages to answer/say the same things about thoughts, fire-and-wire, not-me-but-data-says-that, people-see-the-truth, wake-up-in-the-morning-with-same-thoughts, how-many-times-we-have-to-forget:) I still like the ideas, books, meditations and use his work in my life, however, seems almost nobody is able to extract something new from him
I agree with you. I think he does this so that people doing this work, new and old followers, always get a very consistent message from whatever media outlet they view him on. A small part of me wants something new, but a bigger part of me definitely appreciates this consistency.
LOVE Dr Joe. You're great Maria. One thing that I might just mention is the camera back and forth between the two of you was off putting. It took away from any kind of feeling of togetherness and happiness/joy of the discussion.

Haha. It seems very difficult to interview Dr Joe. In all the interviews - also 2-3-4 years ago - he basically always manages to answer/say the same things about thoughts, fire-and-wire, not-me-but-data-says-that, people-see-the-truth, wake-up-in-the-morning-with-same-thoughts, how-many-times-we-have-to-forget:) I still like the ideas, books, meditations and use his work in my life, however, seems almost nobody is able to extract something new from him
I agree with you. I think he does this so that people doing this work, new and old followers, always get a very consistent message from whatever media outlet they view him on. A small part of me wants something new, but a bigger part of me definitely appreciates this consistency.
