That custom Ram Man is sick! 😮
If they will reissue Rammie later down the line but without the gimmick, he'd definitely will look awesome that way. Bigger too. 😊
Thanks for checking this review! Yeah, I wanted to do that with Ram Man ever since I reviewed the mutated one and tried some parts swapping between that one and the Vintage Origins Ram Man. But I had to remove parts from each figure to make it. So I bought those loose ones on eBay to make that custom one. I hope they come with a regular Origins one that looks like a setup 👍
Loving this line. Especially the fact that they're actually hitting stores. Target and Walmart have decent MOTU displays this quarter.

Yeah, I really wanted to make a Ram Man like that with those two extra figures I picked up ever since I reviewed that Turtles of Grayskull Mutated Ram Man and tried switching some parts around during the review. I couldn't remove the boots from my vintage figure. So I bought that broken one on eBay and broke the boots off, and then glued them on as I mentioned. That's definitely a much better-looking Ram Man now👍

Definitely one of my favorites in this line so far! The Shredder-style samurai look actually complements Skeletor a lot better than I would have expected it to. This is the first time I got a good look at the cape, and it’s a pretty neat design. I love that weapon of his as well! The one thing I wish is that his neon green color would have glowed in the dark, because that would have looked damn awesome! Despite that, he’s a great-looking figure! All in all, a great wave!

I agree! This figure or Skeletor variant is definitely one of my favorite figures in this series now. I really like the colors, armor, and accessories. It would have been cool to a sword or glow in the dark accessories, as you mentioned. He looks much better in person than the concept images. The different parts are also good for customs or parts swapping with certain figures like shredder. I hope to see more figures like this come out for the series going forward 👌
This is one definitely on my want list, Skeletor being my fave Motu character, I often get many versions of him in all the Motu lines that have been made, much more than most others, Just gotta decide on what to order next (out of a couple origins and a few Masterverse, I can only get a couple at a time) Your custom RamMan is exactly what Mattel shoulda done, that looks excellent and way better than the first version, Thanks for the review.
Thanks for checking out the review as always! I'm always up for another He-man or Skeletor variant. I really like what they did with the colors and armor designs. I was determined to make a new Ram Man with that Mutated Ram Man armor. But I had to go on eBay and find two cheaper figures to mix parts. I still like both versions of Ram Man as they are in the Origins now. So I didn't want to break apart my original figures. I really like that newer look now! Hopefully, Mattel will release a version of Ram Man with that newer armor!
Good job covering the Asian Skeletor! I got the Sun Rulers version of Sun Man, and the head is not the same head as on the Masterverse... the flat top fooled me... its actually the same face as the Ninja hah so great. I see why you liked it now, it is nicer than even the newer version of the flat-top face i feel its more pleasant. Also i like the Origins scale more usually anyway.
Thanks for watching! I think this Samurai or Asian Skeletor look works well for the Turtles of Grayskull or just the Origins series. Yeah, I it's fun mixing different parts or heads around on certain figures. That Sunman in that three pack has a really cool looking head that just seems to fit in better with the MOTU figures. It looks more like the vintage one I got to play with as a kid.
Skeletor looks awesome. I think it looks better than the Shredder in this line. Your Ram-man looks great too.

When we got the samurai skeletor in the 2000 X version it didn't make sense. This was a good way for them to bring back samurai skeletor with the ninja turtles.

Yeah, many of those wacky variants in the 200x line didn't make sense and kind of killed off that toy series then along with the lack of interest for MOTU at the time. The Classics years later really opened up that Nastalgia for us collectors. Then, of course, the Masterverse and Origins is keeping the fire burning now. I think if any line can have fun and work well with crossover or variant figures, it's definitely the Origins! I think this Samurai Skeletor looks really cool for this series 👍
This is a good set. I like the Skeletor but I’m excited to get the Mikey to finish the turtles and the Casey jones because I don’t have one yet other than the neca phantom of the opera version. This line got me into collecting tmnt as well. I love the neca turtles and the playmates classics collection. 🎉🎉🎉🎉 another great review!!!! Thanks for all you do
Thanks for always taking the time to watch the reviews and share your thoughts! I really like this Turtles of Grayskull series for the Origins. It's great to finally get Mikey to finish up all four brothers now. Casey Jones is another really cool looking figure for this series. I didn't think I would like him that much! I don't collect any of the other turtles figures from Neca or Playmates. But I know they have a ton of stuff out.

Thanks for checking out this review as well! I think the new colors and armor really make this Skeletor serious and ready for battle against anyone! But yet fun looking at the same time! I heard Rattlor will be the first Snake figure to come in wave 5 of the TOG.
This figure honestly looks good. This may be one I pick up. Haven't picked up any of these. But this one looks awesome. There's a 4 issue mini series comic book coming September 25th. This may make more sense of this crossover.

Thanks for checking out the review! Oh, nice! Yeah, I wanted to see if I could remove the Origins Ram Man boots. But I had a feeling I would have to cut or break them off. So I bought a broken spare Ram Man on eBay and used those parts. He looks awesome now👍
Screech Skeletor's colors matches well with the purple tone skin of Samurai Skeletor, it seems. 🤔
Yeah, I thought the same thing about those Screech Skeletor colors. That's why I tried that one with these parts in the review 👌

We kind of do in the cartoon line. That Skeletor also has a face plate in the hood.

The beast man samurai bits were laughable, but the pre tool gotta be used somewhere i guess so we can get to the proper toy for those parts😊
