Hey Maktuf can you do a controlled air dribble, what I mean by this is can you make a tutorial on how to air dribble upwards like you did in the video after all your controlled mustys it would be really helpfull
I need help bro . I'm freestyleing for 1 year now . But I'm struggling with air dribbling / carrying the ball from corner to corner as I'm on xbox and do the have workshop maps . Do you have any advice for me to try out please .

i love this game. watched tons of tutorials in order to become better, found a really fun time in grinding ball and car control, learning to freestyle is my favorite unwind time to relax. never come across videos as detailed and informative as this masterclass of his. i feel like normally any tutorial video would just be along the lines of "here are the common things everyone should know, now grind it until it clicks for you" and these masterclasses from tuf are like "here's all the little crucial details in-between" which help alot.

Yo Mak!! I just want to say thank you SO MUCH. I've watched tons of musty tutorials and none of them are like yours. seriously. I watched this video yesterday, did a few hours of training and did a few hours today as well. Now I am hitting mustys at 100+ kph consistently WITH the flip cancel/delay. I am looking at your training now, I would love to get in a few sessions. Thank you thank you.
This is truly the funnest part of the game to me. When you can go in free play and learn new skills just like your favorite players. It's so addicting!

@@VerifyGore i didn't really care about mechanics until i got gc. My goal was to get to gc so i just practiced basics and easy mechanics like double taps/ceiling shots.

I've scored a Penta musty slap, still trying to go back now and learn the actual scoops, it definitely takes more control. That tip in the video to avoid slaps is huge, way bigger than most probably realize. If you waste your time training the slaps (like me lol) you'll just have to go backwards later on. Start learning actual scoops first and get consistent with those, best advice I think you gave in the video because it describes my situation so well lol

I sertched how to do a controled musty a couple weeks ago and found nothing so this vid is amazing
JUST FYI - Power Mustys...
The reason why cancelling the musty and releasing can generate more power is because energy can't be created. The flick itself can only impart so much power, to get extra power you need to convert the downwards momentum ball forward with the catch and release path of the Musty flick.
So by delaying a musty the ball simply has a small time longer to increase its downward acceleration before being redirected forwards by the flick. It's a simple piece of the physics that make up the game that can speed up understanding the Musty if known from the start.
I think Musty's are the most underrated mechanic because its the only movement that can produce huge power with zero boost purely by using the gravity in game. (think falling off the sidewall with no boost... wait, drop with the ball and convert that speed into a power musty and score from anywhere. It's a common fall back for myself)
Love these tutorials. Could you maybe make a video for the reset scoop (pop)? I can do it every once in a while, but I want to see how to really do it.

hey maktuf, i'm having the problem where i can't cancel and move my car diagonally at the same time that you mentioned, could you tell me which video I could watch to find a solution? I am at the point in freestyling where this is a mechanic that I need to learn to progress further

I’ve practiced for hours Maktuf and I fell like when I’m underneath the ball in and I go for a pop I can’t stay behind it. It looks like you are cheating the way you can do it so consistently I can even get it once, another thing is when you flick it with the backflip when backflipping I just get a reset of the ball almost every time it’s so hard this tutorial helps but it’s too hard I’ve been playing this game since 2015 and so far have learned how to inconsistently ceiling musty and that’s it

umm the trainin pack isnt a littleadjustment, sometimes its like straight up right next to your can door, or on your car, its also shot 7 now
also by far the best musty tutorial ive found, havent seen any that talk about flip cancle and such to control, they basicly just say wack the ball hope for the best
Thats because you probably have bakkesmod's training variance enabled

Inverted controls?
How do you move your joystick so perfectly straight consistently? For cancel mustys your joystick has to be perfectly straight when flipping otherwise the car will spin. Have you just practiced enough to be consistent with it or is there something else I can do to improve my consistency?
Could have to do with your deadzone maybe but i am not sure.
I play on 0.06 deadzone and have the same problem but i have it less on 0.15. Want to learn it on 0.06 tho.

La masterclass es un curso de 0 a 100 de como progresar en freestyle. Esto es una probada de lo que es el curso en sí. Que son 23 videos de progresion. No importa en que nivel estes, tienes que ver desde 0 para progresar correctamente

I don't understand the double cancel part you are explaining for follow up touches.
its really just cancelling, then cancelling to flick, but u still have a bit of flip motion backwards going on. So you have to cancel out that last bit of movement
What do you mean cancel.. sorry but is that braking to cancel your rotation? Or “rocket league cancel” as in up and down and then jump simultaneously which stops the rotation? The more I watch the more confused I am. I see your controls but I don’t know your bindings.

every time I say a cancel, Im talking about doing a straight frontflip or straight backflip followed by a full opposite input which stops your flips rotation
