From Paris,France, thank you for your wonderful videos,a moment of peacefulness in a crazy world.Your fabrics and your choice of patterns are very inspiring.
Thank you very much for answering me.When I watch your videos it makes me remember the wonderful peacefulness and harmony of the interior painters in the Netherlands,in the 17 th century especially my favorite J.Vermeer,I used to visit a lot the Amsterdam museums when I was young ;I am 65 tomorrow and your writing to me is a precious birthday gift.I forgot to speak about your very goog choice of music.Like many others I'waiting for yor next video.Have a good day.
Hi, I'm new to your page, and thinking of making myself a few blouses tops etc (Summer in Downunder country- Brisbane- will be VERY humid by Dec- January- Australia). I decided to stay on your yputube page as you explained very well and I ADORE the pattern you chose- very much like the ones my mum used to sketch free hand! I hoping I can find it in Australia, as it doesn't always happen. I'm much closer to 70 than to 60(!!), but sewing is my hobby. Thanks Ill look at your other videos too..
The fabric you chose perfectly matches the pattern! I love this top! I've been enjoying using vintage patterns recently as well - its so neat how cyclical fashion really is. I especially love using vintage sleeves for inspiration!
You are inspiring me to start sewing garments again. This fabric made this pattern so elegant! It’s been 25years since I have made a shirt/ blouse. You must be a tiny person. It’s so beautiful on you !! 😀
you should sew again, start off with something simple, I'm thinking of making a dress just to wear around the house, one time I read about a lady who sewed it by hand just sitting in a chair. have fun
I just love watching your tutorials, you are a master at what you do....and if I may ask, Is that you playing the piano ? Your music is just beautiful and so relaxing. I just love it.
love the pattern- Stunning. I'd like to see you wear it with a skirt, like a midi cream color skirt, you said you didn't use shoulder pads, I know what you mean, I have been doing some alterations on this blazer I found because the shoulder pads didn't look right on me and I thought I could fix it in an hour and it ended up taking all day! well I guess that's sewing sometimes.xoXO
Thank you so much! So funny you should say that-- I was just putting outfits together with this yesterday and picked out a cream colored midi skirt! I think it works well together. 💖
Hi Lauren, really love your videos.. I am new to sewing & I started making my own blouses.. I have 3 me-made blouses now.. may I know what brand & model of overlocker that you are using in this video..?
Love the blouse. Looks great on you

This reminds me so much of Rouje!I wish Lady Marlowe would do extended size ranges...their patterns look so amazing
Yes! I hope they expand the sizing in the future-- a lot of the patterns aren't graded and I'd love to see more options!
