Yeah it’s a pretty sweet rod for the price and the fact that it comes with two different action tips is really cool. I was using the medium light with jerkbaits and ended up not really liking it for that but still a good rod just not for jerkbaits lol
@@jamiehegarty_ yeah i returned mine because i was going to use that same model for jerkbaits as well, i got the 7'1 medium heavy (three of them) instead and use those for jerkbaits,chatterbaits and swimjigs.
Nice! I found it was too stiff for jerkbaits. I normally use a medium moderate rod, that deeper bend into the rod helps keep them pinned really well. I’m guessing thats why I lost a couple on it in the beginning of this video
