Maybe get a microwave for the van? 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese in a microwave would not be a drain on the battery... But, then of course you would have to design a microwave holding area for the van -- a whole video on making a microwave shelf!
Actually, we have a space for a microwave, we haven't decided which one. We would like a Combi Oven - so it can do fan cooking as well - so we are just trying to workout the power usages. :D
We have a combi in our van! It’s less power hungry than the induction because you can set the time! (And you’re never using it to boil water)
No table wheres the bed 😳
The master bedroom is hidden when not in use and the table just hasn't had time to climb to the priority list. 😅
