Hey Sis, I hear that fenugreek has strengthening benefits and rich in protein. I plan to try it that way in the future but yea ayuverdic ingredients are very good and beneficial to the hair and I have used quite a few like amla, neem, hibiscus so I absolutely trust them❤️☺️

What about using ayurvedic herbs such as henna, fenugreek etc for protein treatment?
