Usual when you notice growth from taking iron … it’s because you were deficient prior to taking it. I’m anemic and notice less breakage when I’m taking iron supplements regularly.

Don’t stop taking it, just drink less. I take half a capful everyday, and have been for 6-7 months. My hair is about 16inches. Keep tracking those inches💅🏽

Actually this is a synchro-answer for me. I asked the Uni-self to tell me why my pee has also been neon yellow for the last two weeks. I was not taking Geritol. I was taking another brand called Liquid Gold. Glad I was led here and that brand is authentic as well.🥇👏🏽

Hello. Ive heard that Geritol the pills are good too. Walgreens and some grocery stores sells both. My older relatives say Geritol is really good also mentioned new stuff doesn’t compare. It’s an oldie but Goldie lol 😂 I’m going to try it after I finish my kind multivitamin I like one that organic which combines fruits and vegetables. Definitely going to give Geritol a try…

I had to stop take geritol because it make my iron level to high My OBGY was very concerned and says stop taking it immediately.. So hopefully my iron level go back to normal . because it was so high it actually start making my hair have Shedding But I will know something in 4 weeks When I do blood work again but it was actually Dangerous Because it was SO high.
Wow. Thank you sharing your story and journey. Did you notice any signs that your iron was to high other than your hair shedding. I noticed towards the end of my first month straight with Geritol that my urine started to appear highlighter yellow so I slowed my dose down to every other day, but my hair has been strong. No shedding or anything like that. It’s always good to do bloodwork and check in with primary care doctors. Glad you all caught it

So that's when I had to go to the urgent care and they told me that my iron was too high. And then I had to make an appointment to my o.B.G y 2 day later and he said to stop taking that stuff for 4 weeks and he wanted me to come back and do blood work . To see how my Iron is looking..
Good question. I think the pill will be effective, but I saw another UA-camr (Mary Hampton) says she she faster results with the liquid, but everyone is different. I saw another UA-camr who has Anemia (like me) who did a check in after 9 months and she too experienced length retention and thickening to boot 👍. I try to have healthy hair practices in general. I try to keep my hair moisturized and detangled. I make sure to deep condition every time I wash my hair. I've bee taking geritol for about 3 months now and my hair has been in back to back protective styles. I wore it blow dried like this for this video in particular. So no, I don't attribute geritol to all my growth. This was recorded at the 1 month update, however I do feel like my protective styles have been growing out quickly and in my latest video: ua-cam.com/video/Wa7ph4oX9NE/v-deo.html where I show me washing my hair (to then put it in a different protective style lol) I do notice a difference. But I will make one final review at the end of the year bc I'll be taking geritol until then with my final results. Bc although my hair is healthy, it really is a goal of mine for it to be longer.

Everyone is slightly different and things such as diet, stress, hair care routine, genetics, and hormonal balance can impact someone hair growth rate AND their length retention. We do naturally shed hair strands each day, however all of our hairs are not in the same part of the hair growth cycle at a given time. On a healthy scalp, only 5-10% of our hair strands are in the stage called exogen -where our hair sheds - at a given time. I got two pimples around my first couple days that I took geritol, but I was also on my monthly and I believe it was that. No acne after that. Didn’t notice any facial hair or access hair. I wear natural deodorant and the first couple days of taking Geritol I thought my scent was off, but just like with the pimples that went away after about a day. lol .. there was no control in your test group .. a true test would have been to measure your normal hair growth for 3 months .. take an average .. then compare that to how long your hair grows on average using the vitamins .. but yea it probably grew your hair .. iron grows hair ❤

I figured the liquid would absorb faster and be more effective. There a creator on UA-cam also named Mary Hampton and she has taken both and gave her personal testimonials about how she believe the liquid form gave her more results quicker

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that 🥲. Maybe you’re sensitive to one of the vitamins in it. I know I’m sensitive to biotin (that breaks me out) so I try to find other hair growth aids that don’t have it. Let me know if you find an alternative that works for you.
Geritol is marketed as an iron and vitamin-b supplement. If someone has deficiencies with these vitamins, they may and can see an improvement with hair growth. I believe I experienced hair growth and now am on my second bottle. Have you tried and tested Geritol results for yourself?
@@jessicahensonspeaks I do believe in hat it helps with hair growth, not being a hypocrite, I used to take it for months then I switched to a solid form of iron pills while getting my B supplements from a physician formed hair follicles stimulate pills, but upon checking my Amazon orders I saw it was still in rotation for subscription and I canceled it 3 times and then I was thinking about it randomly because I wasn’t keeping up with my iron supplements, I ordered it again! Today is the 1st of April and I’m starting back taking my all my vitamins and minerals including my Geritol, vitamin D, multivitamin, zinc, vitamins with my iron supplement to help with absorption. Also MSM . I was taking too much I was always feeling so fatigued! Little and steady. I used to drink fenugreek tea I’m going to start back and add some ginger roots for better taste, hopefully I don’t smell like maple syrup 😂😂😂😂
Yes I little have a hair calendar that I use to make sure I'm taking my geritol, doing my scalp oiling, massaging my scalp, and taking MSM! Maybe a little calendar or reminders on your phone could help you with the supplements. You've got a good list. My next video that comes out is a hair growth challenge (I'm editing right now lol), but I talk about MSM there. You do have to ease into it and drink lots of water. My schedule for MSM is gonna be 1st month - 1 scoop, 2nd month - 2 scoops, and 3rd month - 3 scoops because I do NOT want any headaches or fatigue or anything like that. I'm now officially on month two and everything is going smoothly. I use fenugreek externally. Haven't tried the tea yet, but I might
You're correct it's not a hair growth supplement. - But Viagra wasn't created to cure ED, it was created as a heart medication. It was an unintended side effect that served another purpose.

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that 🥲. Maybe you’re sensitive to one of the vitamins in it. I know I’m sensitive to biotin (that breaks me out) so I try to find other hair growth aids that don’t have it. Let me know if you find an alternative that works for you.

Geritol is not a hair growth vitamin !!!!!
Geritol is marketed as an iron and vitamin-b supplement. If someone has deficiencies with these vitamins, they may and can see an improvement with hair growth. I believe I experienced hair growth and now am on my second bottle. Have you tried and tested Geritol results for yourself?
@@jessicahensonspeaks I do believe in hat it helps with hair growth, not being a hypocrite, I used to take it for months then I switched to a solid form of iron pills while getting my B supplements from a physician formed hair follicles stimulate pills, but upon checking my Amazon orders I saw it was still in rotation for subscription and I canceled it 3 times and then I was thinking about it randomly because I wasn’t keeping up with my iron supplements, I ordered it again! Today is the 1st of April and I’m starting back taking my all my vitamins and minerals including my Geritol, vitamin D, multivitamin, zinc, vitamins with my iron supplement to help with absorption. Also MSM . I was taking too much I was always feeling so fatigued! Little and steady. I used to drink fenugreek tea I’m going to start back and add some ginger roots for better taste, hopefully I don’t smell like maple syrup 😂😂😂😂
Yes I little have a hair calendar that I use to make sure I'm taking my geritol, doing my scalp oiling, massaging my scalp, and taking MSM! Maybe a little calendar or reminders on your phone could help you with the supplements. You've got a good list. My next video that comes out is a hair growth challenge (I'm editing right now lol), but I talk about MSM there. You do have to ease into it and drink lots of water. My schedule for MSM is gonna be 1st month - 1 scoop, 2nd month - 2 scoops, and 3rd month - 3 scoops because I do NOT want any headaches or fatigue or anything like that. I'm now officially on month two and everything is going smoothly. I use fenugreek externally. Haven't tried the tea yet, but I might
You're correct it's not a hair growth supplement. - But Viagra wasn't created to cure ED, it was created as a heart medication. It was an unintended side effect that served another purpose.
@@jessicahensonspeaks. Just started taking liquid Geritol. I’ve been taking MSM for a while. At least 6 months. Stopping MSM for any reason seems to cause a reversal of previous improvements. I’m back to square one again.
