TDM 850 restoration Part 8 (fitting a Fenda Extenda)

In part 8 of this TDM Restoration iv decided on fitting a Fenda Extenda from pyramid plastics, this will keep all the road muck from spreading all over the front of my freshly painted engine

I tried to remove the stuck exhaust manilfold studs on the XJ600 this afternoon with a blowtorch and wax, but the 2 with 12 mm studs still protruding, didn't seem to want to move, 2 of them are flush, so still need drilling with a small drill down the centre. I spend half an hour with the SV50 undoing one screw on the rear brake over, with hammer and small chisel, so not exactly such a successful day. The SV650 exhaust manifold studs look a corrroded challenge on the front cylinder head, so just thinking through a method with some measure of success
