I closed on my property last week, about 20 minutes from Arce. After originally engaging with Brad, I then engaged with Claudia. Brad is unbelievably helpful and steered me in the right direction, including away from a property I had my heart set on (he did that for all the right reasons). Claudia is the best agent I have ever worked with after buying and selling properties in four countries. She clearly set expectations, provided extensive photos and videos and provided quality advice throughout. When it came to the closing, her translation was comprehensive. Claudia and her team are the consummate professionals. The entire process was smooth and the property exceeded my expectations (I did not personally inspect it prior to buying, although I did inspect another property prior to shifting my attention, so I did gain some familiarity with the region). Thank you Brad and Claudia, without you I would not have secured such an amazing property!
Yep! I’m only preaching for me. But what I really don’t understand is those gigantic Jacuzzi tubs, I’ve had them in my houses before, they are so big. You don’t have enough hot water to even fill them because by the time you do, the water is cold. I did love my Jacuzzi tub outside , I spent hours each in there soaking.
@BradsWorld You mean those big jacuzzi tubs don't have heaters in them? I need to cancel my order first thing tomorrow. 😂😅😂😅😂😅😂 Seriously. My apartment has tub shower comboes but the bottom is slightly rough, nonslip and there is a single horizontal grab bar kinda low probably more to help people get up when sitting in the tub. I'm 75 so I never think about it because I'm still very mobile. I occasionally have to run to catch the bus. 😂😅 Ciao Brad. A presto.
Brad... you’re absolutely great to keep emphasizing shower vs tub. One thing I dont notice much in Italian homes are grab bars... because they are so incredibly impt for safety as we age. As retirees, do while still young & be ahead of the game... have that extra support because fall & injury at 57 can affect your next 30 yrs. When a fall happens, it’s buffered with grab bars. Wise to start young because as doctors will say, it’s not a question of IF, but WHEN ! Especially for those of us becoming Ex-Pats, like me on late side of 50s. Bit of time left b4 retire, but SO look forward to this newfound freedom & adventure. (I will share quick story on grab bars & having bigger shower... feel modern walk in kind basically ground level w/no step or only a tiny step up. My own Mom, (I moved in to take care of during her last 3yrs). She told me one day she preferred to sponge bathe and I just sorta went along with it... like “ok mom!” She was clean lady. Then one day after couple months, it dawned on me and I asked her (not even realizing she was NEVER taking a full shower) and said, “Mom, are you afraid to take a shower?” Well that was it! So we had grab bars put in everywhere that I imagined would give her support & got a stylish shower chair... and this all did the trick. I felt so ashamed to own self because never occurred to me that she developed a fear... and guys, she was only 78! Today I see 90 as the new 75!! So many of us live longer healthier lives by staying as active as we do, by keeping our minds energized too... and by things like MOVING TO ITALY!! What a great adventure for those of us with this plan & it actually will keep our minds in healthier younger condition. (I hope ok sharing this on a real estate in Italy channel... but know without doubt safety in home so important to think about when younger & especially w/remodel of our new Italian home! Chao! (?sp)
I had a bad fall in 2022 and now can't use my right shoulder muscles for the rest of my life. I was lucky I head the front of my head too, the ER doc said if I had hit the back of my head as hard as I hit the front, I probably would have been dead. That's life isn't it?!? But I will try to mitigate risk whenever I can!!
I am recommending your channel to everyone I know who has had enough of Australia. A lot of people are leaving. That home is $288,000 AUD. A house like that in Sydney suburbia with that land will set you back at least $3,500,000 AUD (€2,160,000). Double that depending on location. Even in the "countryside" you would still be looking at $1,500,000 - $2,000,000 AUD. Great videos, brother. Thank you. Can't wait to move back to my beloved Italia.
Yep, Australia is a rip off joke, relaxed lifestyle wrecked by corrupt, rorting, & I believe, WEF led politicians who support big business well before the people. Also, looking to move to bella Italia for healthier food, lifestyle and better financial circumstance. 👍
Owsome property ! For sure in very good condition However i was going to change all the shiny floors & wall tiles cause i dont like anything shinny , and for sure the bathtub ( totally agreed with you brad that bathtubs are a recepite for disaster. Changing subjects i talked to 2 more people about your channel and they said they are going to subscribe to it ( i will make sure they do) . Big hug for you guys.
First reply is true. Also, while Italy is very safe There are a lot of houses that are out in the country without any eyes on them. Crime isn’t rampant by any stretch, but there is some petty crime here.
I would turn that smaller room on the first floor into a laundry room & get the washer out of the bathroom next to it. It could be a pantry/storage/laundry. As a crazy American, I'd still want my dryer. 😅🙄
It has nothing to do with this topic, sorry, but Raphael and other Renaissance painters often had models who came from this area, Ciociaria, because It was known that the Ciociar women were the most beautiful. "La Fornarina" by Raphael was from Ciociaria.
Claudia will be able to tell you that. Contact her directly. Just remember that work style here is different, don’t expect an answer until after the holidays.
It's in Italy, petal. Kindly use sensible measurements, square metres. Only Americans are still mired in these primitive, unworkable units of measurement.
I try to use them in both text and orally. But realize that 60% of my viewers are American. I agree that imperial measurements should have gone the way of the dinosaurs.

Yeah Glen!!
Can not wait to buy a property too hopefully next year :)
Great property with great yard space. Bonus garage. Nice and quiet, yet so close to everything !terraces are a huge bonus.
I’m an adult and love having a tub. So relaxing.
Yep! I’m only preaching for me.

@@BradsWorld agree don’t like those big jacuzzi tubs either! I like my claw foot one. Have a great day and thanks for your excellent content!

great looking natural beauty, and i was not talking about the house
hehehe... I get what you are saying there. She is smart and funny and of course a natural beauty. And one hell of a business woman.
What an awesome house, if it was in Puglia, it would perfect for me and my dogs.
Love these country homes!
Good! I will keep finding them!
This is about a 6 hr drive from where I am, but I might run down there and see it… Great potential
Great property, tons of possibilities! Thanks for sharing this one!
You are welcome as always!! Thanks for another nice comment. Brad
Claudia does a great tour. And we ALWAYS listen to you Brad!
Thanks for listening... Makes me feel warm and fuzzy! I am glad you like the tours.
I was thinking this one would be run down at that price. It’s beautiful!
My god what a wonderful property
Hi Brad...I always love your videos...watching from New York
Awesome! Thank you!

The joy of ownership! Do what ever makes you happy!
Wow, this is a huge winner. In that upstairs bathroom, is that marble tile on the walls?
I'm curious about the fences around the homes and the bars on the windows. Are those for security from break-ins? Or are they for aesthetics?
it's common in all Latin Cultures . you can leave the windows open on a Summer Night and sleep like a baby . the original Air Conditioning .

That's fine. Good comment. Ladies there are still beautiful!
I TOTALLY Agree about the Shower speech.
Cannot understand why anyone would install a bath.
And when yo use one of those plastic "Sucker" mats, it more unstable WITH the mat than without it.
==Shower please==
Is this house still available or off the market?
Claudia will be able to tell you that. Contact her directly. Just remember that work style here is different, don’t expect an answer until after the holidays.
Is the 50,000 sq ft land included in the price?
Yes
Dude. That’s like 50 clicks south of Rome! Get me the same property at the same price, somewhere near Pisa, and we'll talk…
They are there. Just gotta dig. Not in Pisa, but in the country side.
