Is this really the valve sports exhaust system from HEICO and is the interior noise level really that extremely loud? Or are the microphones attached to the tailpipes outside? I can by no means imagine that a Volvo V90 t6 should suddenly be so extremely loud in the interior or that the complete noise insulation was removed because a V90 is otherwise one of the quietest cars on the market and in its class. I actually decided to install this flap exhaust system on my Volvo, but this sound is so sick and loud that I decided against it after watching this video.
Hei Andre, yes the exhaust is the original one from HEICO. Nothing was changed on the v90 in the interior and exterior. everything is original except for the performance upgrade and sports steering wheel. no insulation materials were removed and the video was recorded in the interior with the original sound. I filmed a second video from outside, there you can hear the differences. well i have a wolf in sheep's clothing, nobody expects that with a vehicle like this ;) you can also deactivate the flaps and in this mode the volume comes close to the original volume.
if you want something quieter go with the erst exhaust

Hey, yep i think its the same 8 speed transmission so you will have the nice fart braaap 😂 but i would say in real it sounds way better then in the video, and its just at arround 6000 rpm.. at 6500rmp the car does not braap 😉
