I can see how he made the connection to an M5. The F10 and F90 V8 kind of have this flat plane crank type sound and flat plane crank V8’s are known to sound like 4 cylinders at times. However, I think an f30 328i sounds basically the same as this.

luckily a Volvo gets driven by enthousiasts as well, outside of Sweden. It's a damn pitty they now restricted max speeds to 180 km/h too. Volvo's design has improved so much, but their engines have become so boring ;-) There was a day it wasn't like that, you know that.

Sorry, maybe unnecessary answer 1 year post date, but you can simply straightpipe from right behind the catalysator. When you use a bigger diameter pipe, you can even get a deeper sound on this wolf in sheepclothes
鄭有為 since these cars are so new you will have to take it to a custom exhaust shop. It’s not common for people to do this to Volvo’s which is why there isn’t really an exhaust market for them. If you don’t want to take it to a shop just find a friend that knows cars and see if you can take the mufflers or exhaust off like mine.

Yes dude..... 200 something from engine and turbos, but it has two electric motors too that bumps it up to close to if not a bit over 400... So it's true, but only as long as your electric motor has power.
