Pop ,rock and the last part is folk music (hence the talk of turban, nose pin, the lunch farmer's woman brought for him ) Its fusion of two different songs hence the difference in feel. Coke studio's inception was about amalgamating Pakistani folk music with the pop & hip.
The female singer is Qurat Ul Ain Baluch lovingly called QB. She is like Adel of Pakistan and highly successful singer from south Asia. Also check out haroon's other song. He is real rockstar.
