That pretty string instrument in the beginning is a "rabab". And dhol is sort of a cylindrical drum that you hold horizontally and hit at both sides with with a stick. I don't know if that made sense haha. I'm on my phone so I can't link a picture.
And Amy Lee... huh. You know, now that you mention it, I totally see it. Zeb's vocal tone, especially in the lower notes, totally resemble Fallen era's Amy Lee's. Good comparison there.
But yeah, this song is super fun and catchy. It starts off all dark and then you realize they're just having a playful lover's spat. Knew you'd enjoy this one!

That stringed instrument is know as a Rubab. It's an Afghan instrument that has been adapted in Pakistani and Indian music. It has a sound similar to that of the western banjo, but not quite as metallic in its timbre.
