We do hospital corners at the hotel where I work. I've been there since 12/10/15. I'm struggling to get it down. The head housekeeper says I have to learn. My aunt makes her kids make their beds like this too.
I hated doing these in the military. They were also hard to do in CNA school. Now I'm in nursing school and have to do these blasphemous things again. The kryptonite of my inner superman.

If it wraps around you can use pins as well. Theres a double headed pin secured in a flat piece of plastic so the box spring remains level and pins don't get lost!

My mother was a nurse. She taught me hospital corners when I was 5 (in 1969). I'm happy to say I haven't had to do these since the late 70s.

How do you keep the box spring cover from moving around? That's my problem :(
They make clips with elastic for fitted sheets to attach to the corners! Not sure if your box spring cover is designed similarly
