Worse thing to do is cut open fruit and veg to soon before using, the vit c and rich sources of goodness gets evaporated in the air and you loose much of the goodness, better to chop and peel as you need them prior to use.
Finnish is not a option. But who would want to learn it or even master that😂
My favorite way to relax is to read in a bubble bath before bed.
I have declared a alone day once every other week on Saturday to recharge my batteries. Nobody can come over or call me. I'm single mom and kids are with their father only every other weekend. For introvert alone time is very important❤
Very relaxing is folding laundry katmari way. It's like konmari folding but better with kids. Clothes won't get messy in the draw when they taken out. So relaxing to see everything neatly folded😊

so far it hasn't had any taste! I use the distilled white vinegar!

If I may, I have watched several of your restock videos. They are so relaxing yet inspiring. I do my restocking very similarly to you on Sundays. I love going to bed in clean sheets on Sunday night, knowing everything is clean & prepped & ready for the week ahead.
A little tip : I deep clean my kitchen sink & then fill it with water & 1 cup of vinegar. Then place all my veggies in & wash them. Then do my fruit. In the 2nd sink I place my colander rinse & drain. Here in Montreal we don't pay a water bill but we are the only province in Canada that is that lucky. So when I see all the water 💧 I wanted to share incase it could be of use for you.
Please know how many women you inspire & help relax with your videos. They're an escape for me & I know many others!!

Grocery shopping twice a week is a lot.
I usually do it once a week but we're only a family of 3. So a lot less people to feed.

Your videos are so relaxing and motivating at the same time. Love those lunch meat and cheese containers. I need to get some! There’s something refreshing to have a stocked and organized pantry and fridge. Makes life so much easier with a big family.
I am very relaxed by listening to audiobooks, as well as listening to podcasts. I also find doing a Bible study very calming. I am also like you in that I am an extroverted introvert… I need my alone time to decompress.❤🙏🏻
To decompress Lauren I highly recommend Jessica Richburg 15 min meditation on you tube.Try it everyone deserves at least 15

Decompress by seeing you posted a new video, lol. I find them relaxing but at the same time filled with ideas. I do chill by playing hallmark matching moments game. Was never one for game playing but have become a bit addicted to that.
My therapy is swimming at the Y in the morning and watching UA-cam and gardening later in the day!
I like to sir on our slider on the back deck and look at nature. The back of our house is woods so deer which we put c corn out for(we are NOT hunters) squirrels and occasionally a red fox wanders by. That relaxes me and makes.me smile. I was looking at those airtight containers for the deli meats, do they really keep.meat for a week?
We put out food for the animals too. Deer, squirrels, birds, we have a few raccoon and a possum. We bought a trail cam and it's so fun to see who comes to eat the foods we put out ! We had a coyote but I have never seen a fox at our house. I think they are so cute.
To recharge I like to take hot baths or showers, read, if it’s a nice day sit outside and enjoy the nature and my quiet time
I used to soak in a warm bubble bath after my son was in bed for the night. God Bless.
Just a little fyI.You should not put tomatoes in the fridge it chances the taste of them.
When my mom was fighting cancer for two years I used to play Township. It kept my mind occupied but in an informal, leisurely way. I also have to isolate and be still and quiet to recharge, which always surprises people who think I'm so extroverted. Lol
I'm the only child so I do like quiet time. I like to enjoy a bath or done that on my quiet time. And I like watching your videos lying here on my heat and pad and it makes me relax.❤😂

Hi Lauren I have a full time job and a 5 yr old- I like to recharge/ unplug by doing a face mask or hand/ foot mask and reading a book while getting cozy with a nice cup of tea:)

Hi Lauren! I like to take a walk for relaxation, especially pretty here in CT with all the springtime blossoms starting to bloom. I find reading a good book with a mug of herbal tea and cooking relaxing too. Do not enjoy doing the dishes though, LOL!

Hey there Lauren, Another superb video!, you do the videos so well, and their so much fun, I always look forward to and enjoy very much your video. I myself do my house work - hoovering, washing, tidying, polishing on weekend, but like to get a walk in, play a few games on my laptop, relax also reading, take a shower, have my vitamins, have a power nap (you should try it Lauren 15 - 30min sleep, don't move any bit of your body, completely relax, calm). You have your fridge completely laid out love that, those tubs are so brilliant, might get some of them. Babbell looks cool, probably download that, like trying to speak new languages. My Penny who is 9 months old she is a cuddle kitten 🐱. Tortoiseshell in colour so beautiful. Poppy likes pick ups she’s black just like yours and loves to play with her siblings Miles and Penny. Miles is black and white tuxedo kitty 🐈⬛ he was abandoned in my garden at 8/9 weeks old so I adopted him. He’s such a sweetheart I get to cuddle with him on my bed every night and he loves that. I wasn’t going to get any more cats after Lucy and LaCie. Lucy died at fifteen and half years old and LaCie will be 11 in the summer. But what do you do when people get rid off their pets and that’s how I ended up starting all over again with Miles Poppy and Penny. Penny’s former owners said if they can’t find a home for her she was going to be put out to basically fend for herself at 6 months old hence she’s with me. She now 9 months old and I have had her since 2/1/24. Had 13 cats all my life. I have loved every single one of them. Your cats are pretty too.

Things I do to relax. Watch You Tube video's, Diamond art, jigsaw puzzles, reading, sitting in the yard, cooking, organizing, and decorating.

I totally get desperately Wanting to cuddle w your kitty!! My Russian Blue is a sweet girl, but she doesn’t want to cuddle, except when she wants and the way she wants. But today I was working from home and she jumped in my lap and let me sort of hug her for 5mins!! This was such an unexpected treat!! Oh she has me wrapped around her finger!

Hi Lauren!! I have a question. We just redid our kitchen using the same giani kit and beyond paint kits. The giani kit I am in love with. But the beyond paint is already chipping in spots. I just wanted to know if you have the same thing happening?
My other question was when you received your beyond paint was it mixed all the way or did you have to mix it?

Our 3 black kitties are super-love bugs. We have 8 kitties total: 1 elder gent, 1 little girl of 9, and 6 1 yr olds from our rescue who sadly is no longer with us. Kitty's personalties are very individualistic and always interesting, to say the least. I always wanted a cuddly-kitty too, we now have several. How is your newest member of the family adjusting? It's wonderful she actually has a family that loves her and won't abandon her. Lauren, my kids and I think highly of you as you are such a caring, giving person, from fur and feather babies to human persons. As an extro-introvert myself, I relax in many different ways: from creating my artwork to reading, music and meditation, a long soak with candles lit, jazz playing and a glass of wine, to a stroll in nature, throw in planting, cooking, decorating for good measure. I have raised 5 individuals myself, and those moments of "me-time" created(s) a better, nicer, me. I always write much in a comment, it's just who I am. I feel your pain girl! My cat is the same, sort of. He lives to play but if all is quiet he loves to come in bed (has to be our bedroom, make biscuits and cuddle. Any noise or person coming in the room and we’re done!
You need an orange cat. We’ve got one (he’s named Tang) he’s a cuddler. Our black cat is a menace and likes to bring me ☠️ things. 🫠

When I can, I love to take a long warm bath and relax . It helps me get back on track. Often I will listen to music or read while I am soaking.
My mom has the same house as you, but a smaller scale, and every time I shout at you on tv to put the formal dining table where you put yours 😂 she has the formal living room on a smaller scale though, and the table/China cabinet taking up the most room
