we needed this nerf. humans literally gang up on smiles and make it a 20v1 all the time. a smile cant win against 2 humans, let alone the other 10 teaming. only buff smiles have is potions and that white infection stuff, while humans have all kinds of weapons, sometimes making it impossible for a smile to even attack the human once hit once.
The new summer update is the worst it almost got me quit when i was 1v1ing a pro my branch is the worst like the cooldown is almost 5sec but when i got the spear everything changed
The cooldown on weapons only effect the branch and packed ice. If you use any other weapon, it doesn't effect you. The weapons are a lot more equal now.

Knife was like, my ONLY problem. I really don't find the game fun when literally everyone has a knife and can stunlock me to death... even if it's a 1v1. I think the other nerfs were unnecessary, however, i do agree smilers should also go on a .5s cooldown between grabs after the human breaks out
My opinion is that when the player escapes the enemy with knife escape is that it gets stunned for 2 seconds and 2.5 seconds forcefield so the player doesnt get caught again
Unfortunately this just makes a lot of sense for the smilers perspective. Majority of servers are in fact ruled by humans most of the time anyways so rarely smiles get to shine for long periods of time before they take over. Knife Nerf... Again: the most understandable due to it still being overpowered even after the nerfs applied and that thing with branch was very deadly due to the long stun time. The Heavy Weapons Nerf: Branch was one of the more op weapons despite being relatively cheap due to the high damage long stun and most versatile combos. Though gotta say it got probably one of the most heaviest nerfs i have ever seen. Packed ice is not as major that thing has a very stupid large hitbox anyways and not much penalty so its not that big of a deal. Speed and Jump Buff: wow what a buff its a pretty big one and can make the good ol op branch combos even more useless to try. They will be much more evasive though this is if its facing limited players. The jump while stunned is nothing too major but makes it slightly more evasive. This is of course due to the massive low health pool. Definitely gonna make any of the endangered very strong though.
I am not sure, but the owner has confirmed a new weapon will come out at the end of the year. Is it gonna be a main weapon or map weapon is the question.
They aren't. Especially if you are playing with lots of VIPS. The deciding factor which team is more good is simply how many human VIPS in a server there is.
I hate this new update because when I am a little far from a smiling person, from where they are they reach me and infect me even though I don't see them nearby😭😞😩
I don't think the weapons will get nerfed more. If anything, they should get buffed and nerf the knife instead. But that would of course disappoint VIP players and cause lots of drama.
One thing I noticed about the update when I was a smile is when I become endangered the potion’s abilitys just disappear even when I calm down it doesn’t come back and idk if it was the server I was in

As a packed ice main, They made me and many other people quite useless in 1v1s, like cmon, BUFFING A SUPPORT WEAPON USED FOR TEAMFIGHTS (Chain) and nerfing a "heavy" weapon that's main purpose is to assassinate lone smiles.. Well done making us disappointed as usual, Laugh.
You aren't supposed to instantly kill smiles and just reset, the game is more balanced towards 1v1's if you use the branch or packed ice. Also a buff to humans is never a bad thing.
Packed-Ice is still a W weapon lmao, it's literally just a better and more versatile version of the branch (even with the recent nerfs), and the best main-weapon IMO.

Hey Noah do you still think the chain is not a good weapon even after this buff you never really liked the chain very much. The chain has been getting buffs recently like on a previous update in the past on the final hit the smiley gets ragdolled by the chain. So what’s your opinion on the chain and I’m thinking to start using the chain as my main weapon instead of the bat ( on one of your videos in the past on an tier list video you did reply on my comment saying that a better smiling player can overpower you in the game but I have very good skills and I can handle a good smiler for a decent amount of time nicely and I still use the bat till this day and as I said on my comment on that video the bat has no weakness it’s just that it’s not good in anything as you said but it’s not bad at everything it’s average in all factors so although it has no strengths it has no weaknesses) so anyway this balance change is a decent one overall I’ll give it a 6.3/10 it’s a weird one and an interesting one.

New players were quitting because of the harsh environment of people stun locking smiles and killing them. Especially toxic with the knife when you can spam it.
But that's the point of the game, Its a combat, Its Hard enough now, There was 3 Giants in the game and too many people were smilers, Like we couldn't go anywhere as a human because there's just too many, And Branch didn't need a nerf, it's just basically the bat weapon but Harder to hit so it doesn't take forever, and high stun at the cost of Being slower to recharge, Like laughablehaha is basically turning the Branch into a stick. And Yes C4 is a different story. no one grabs tommy guns Except for RAIDED hideout.

This is not the case. The game becomes more new player friendly resulting in even more players. Sure some people will quit, but that doesn't mean it will die. It will be even more popular.
Laughablehaha made the gates have a cooldown to turn on too, same with the infectious gate. (Orange gate in the cave's end fortress dont got that cooldown)

Actually the branch nerf doesnt affect the game that much if you have enough skills but the coodown on global weapons after escaping is really suck

I don't know how good it is yet. The stun is a small buff so it's probably the same level of strength as the bat now.

Drink the speed potion before you get endangered.

The nerfs are justified to make the game more balanced. In fact, humans are still OP if you have the VIP gamepass.
