    Probably my favorite class of yours that I have done (trumped the Pilates strength classes which I always love). Perfect length and creative exercises that got a good burn. Would love more classes like this in the future!

    I had such a fun time with the rolling movements this morning! The secret tricep part of the workout had my arms absolutely shaking going into the plank section. It was a great class and a great way to start the day! Thank you!!

    Time seemed to just have stopped when I was doing those plank series, and then after finishing those the whole class ended in a blink of an eye!

    I am going to have to repeat this. I was awkward and easily fatigued and this will be a good video to measure improvement in the future. Also. Yesterday, I did my first roll up without the assist of my arms! I almost cried with joy. Lol

    I have a question: I have been doing Pilates consistently for seven weeks (!!!), but I have noticed that my spine and neck pop frequently as I go throughout my day. It didn’t use to do this. Now, I can turn my head and hear it crack. Is this normal/mean I’m more flexible? Or does this mean I’m doing moves wrong and need to re-evaluate or stop? 😅

      It’s a little above my pay grade and area of expertise to answer this one - I think if there’s no pain or discomfort with it you’re probably ok, but if there is I’d talk with your doctor!

    Hi Margaret, thank you for an amazing class as always! Do you have any tip for me cause when I did the rolling exercise, I can roll down like a ball just fine but can't roll back up unless without a little bit of momentum; and I'm afraid I might wreck my lower back if I move wrong 😂

      You need the momentum to come up! Just start small with it, don’t roll past the shoulders and work on using the momentum and breath with control to bring you up!

    My biggest issue with these is how much my wrists end up hurting 😞 my left wrist especially all year has been in straight up pain, not just fatigue, and I have no idea how to resolve. I could go for so much longer in these workouts if not for them!!

      If it is legitimate pain and not just fatigue it might be something to talk to a doctor about! Building up wrist strength requires load bearing on the wrists, and while we build that up working until fatigue is what's best. But if it's painful, there might be something else going on!
