Just started gyming a month and a half ago cuz i was sick of being 125lb as a 5’8 25 yr old (i have a trainer and a program, going for size and strength obvi) so very attracted to ur channel and the “good healthy snack” reviews as well as the high protein alternatives. (Ps im up to 140 currently:)
