Honouring Victorious Women at The 12th Annual Conference Pastor Phindile Mathebula
Hope Restoration Ministries (HRM) will be hosting their 12th Annual Victorious Women Conference on 25 and 26 August 2023 at the Sun Bet Arena, Time Square, Menlyn Maine.
The event will be led by pastor and author, “Victorious” Phindi Mathebula under the theme “Beauty for Ashes”. Guest speakers include Advocate Emily Zim and Pastor Candice Chicken, featuring performances from leading gospel artists Lebo Sekgobela, Dr. Tumi, and Hlengiwe Mhlaba.
Founded in 2001 Pastor Phindi and Reverend Chris Mathebula, established Hope Restoration Ministries. Since its establishment, HRM has successfully launched several ministries envisioned to rescue, restore, reinforce, and release people worldwide to do the work of God.
HRM’s Victorious Women Ministry led by Pastor Phindi Mathebula has become a platform for mentorship with the mission of contributing to communities and society, reaching out to, and supporting women of all ages to improve their lives. This is achieved through fellowship meetings, visiting, and caring for the needs of abused women in shelter homes, encouraging women in incarceration, and collecting sanitary towels for teen girls in our community, amongst other activities.
In addition to uplifting women, the event will also feature a pop-up store, “Shop 4 Free” where clothes have been donated to disadvantaged women. The aim is to ensure that everyone attending the event is afforded the opportunity to look beautiful on the day by providing clothing items that will make them feel special.
Delegates from South Africa and across the continent will be empowered on an array of issues that affect women such as mental health, physical and well-being, financial well-being, beauty, personal care, gender-based violence (GBV), relationships, spirituality, and personal growth. Thus, creating a sisterhood that has become a core support structure for women from different walks of life.
