Friends Shave Their Heads With 7-Year-Old Battling Cancer

It was a big show of friendship by three little girls. Leighton Accardo, 7, is battling stage 4 cancer, and her friends decided to shave their heads with her in support, KPHO reported. Accardo's diagnosis came as a surprise to her family, and she began undergoing chemotherapy immediately. Her illness has kept her off the softball field, where she plays for the Chandler Peaches, but she continues to inspire her teammates with her bravery. #InsideEdition
