I dont think there was a premiere haha I messed up! I got the timezones all wrong in my head and missed setting it to premiere. I gotta tell ya, it's very trick to stay on top of that part of it haha every week I have to sit down and work out where I am, what time it usually goes up etc. It cooks my mind!

Hi Phoebe! It seems the world has lifted off your shoulders. Don't think I will ever get to Sri Lanka so will have to enjoy the experience through your videos. Thanks for the tip on the luggage. My burst and clothes and shoes were scattered over the luggage carousel when I picked up in Honolulu!!! I was tooooo tired to be embarrassed!!!!! LOL
That’s such a good way to put it! You’re right - that’s exactly how it feels 🥰 hahaha omg you poor thing! That’s my worst nightmare 😂🙏🏼 I always chose suitcases with zips but became a trunk addict when someone sent me one to try. They’re so much more reliable 😂

Hiya! Did you leave Europe already? You got me with that suitcase! I thought that guy from your Japan trips was coming back but it was just a suitcase haha. You need to learn me the upgrade to business class trick, even though I’m working at the airport I flew Business Class just twice on a European short haul and I went to a lot of lounges, but never flew business class on a long haul. Lounge food can be a hit or miss, but in your case it’s definitely a hit. The good part of a long travel is you can eat everywhere, before the flight, in-flight, during transit, in-flight again, after-flight. You’ll never go hungry with all those lounges. I always lose track of time when traveling through timezones, it’s like you board the flight and time pauses, then time is running again after exiting that last flight. You really slept like you’ve never slept before, you hold your promise. The food in this episode was beyond expectations. Thanks for sharing this trip. Have a great week ahead 🤙

This, honestly, was one of our favorite episodes as it was so incredibly helpful! Having just completed two long-haul flights, we can relate and kinda wish we’d had some of this info beforehand!
On to Rob’s review (I know…it’s been awhile. Life got out of control lately, so I’ve not been able to comment-but know we’ve been watching!)
* Nice new suitcase! We agree-much prefer simple locks and no zippers. Quick question-it looks wider than most I’ve seen. Does it fit the usual airline size limits? 157 cm (width + length + depth). Just curious.
* Grats on Biz Class. We had Economy from SF to Auckland which was also 13 hours. Rough.
* Your flights seemed late at night. Any suggestions on how to adjust to new time zones (and, heck, new days)? We found an app that really helped. Took 2 days before flight to prep, but we hit the ground running in Auckland and suffered no jet lag. (Coming home, however…oof😂). How do you adjust?
* We changed from our walk-around-SF clothes to our flying clothes in the airport prior to flight, which worked for us. Kept us comfy all during the flight. Do you prefer to just change only for sleeping and then back to “regular clothes” while on the plane or is that for the vlogging? Just curious.
* Really jelly about Biz class!! 🤩
* Became a HUGE fan of packing cubes-helped immensely. Do you have any preferences on which type to use?
* Yeah…take those moisturizers and skin care stuff seriously! This is the suggestion and list we wish we’d had before our flight. Was even worse for me as I fell asleep with the air vent blowing on my face and it dried me out. Took 4-5 days to recover. Nose bleed on plane sucked too.
* Ok…feel better that you were disoriented too…I wasn’t sure who I was or where for that matter 😂. Airport time is a different kind of time indeed!!
* Agreed-all we wanted was a shower after the 18.5 hours we endured. Can only imagine how much harder for you on that so much longer trip!
* What luck! Entire row solo! Sweet!
* Erin compliments you: she says you look great for having been on a plane for over a day! (And I agree). We were total zombies.
* Good info on needing a Visa. It amazed me how many people didn’t have theirs when they arrived in NZ or Australia.
* You diving on the bed made us laugh-know that feeling all too well (Erin said that’s exactly what I did in Auckland at Cordis!)
* A GMYG in the afternoon! 😂😂 awesome.
* That hotel looks great! Walking past a buffet to the gym is called motivation!
* “You don’t get spicy food in Germany” 😂😂 Nope.
* Some business challenges you have to face that we don’t consider: getting a new microphone while traveling. Way to jump over that hurdle.
Seriously, Phoebe-this video was fantastic and full of GREAT info for anyone who has to do a long haul flight. Really enjoyed it. Also, thanks for the list of the products and your routine. We’ve written it down and, I assure you, it will be used (I confess, I likely won’t use the make-up stuff, though 😂😂)

The suitcase... well, I'm not sure on exact measurements but it feels smaller than my last one which is a good thing. I needed to scale back and start packing lighter haha.
No secret tips for adjusting to new timezones - just lots of water, and rest :) It always takes a few days to settle in, huh! Wish there was an easier way to do it.

Oh gosh, the microphone issue is a real problem. It turns out it broke and I didn't know so only half of everything I vlogged to-camera recorded and of that half, only half is usable as the other half has an awful sound over it. Nightmare! But, we'll make it work :)

Wow, not where I thought u were heading. I actually thought u were heading to Greece. The seats in economy on Singapore Airlines, are they spacious? I'm looking at heading to South Korea on Singapore Airlines and the reason I've chosen that is for a stop over in Singapore.
I would've been very surprised if anyone had been able to guess Sri Lanka! I felt like my seat was very spacious but I also had 3 seats to myself so I was very lucky :) Hope you get to visit South Korea! It's beautiful x
