"Id like to apologise to people from New Zealand,Australia ,Canada ,the United States and other countries that have no history " Hahahaha brilliant ! Great guide Aly :)!
Some would say that we Americans have a much deeper history seeing as how life is not about old buildings but about who you meet and interact with. I live next to Pols, Africans, Indians(native and Asian), Orientals of all kinds and many others in a 6 block radius....lol...and I live in a small town. I do agree that the video is brilliant, and I just love the honest approach. Rock On.
Dear Tourist guide there’s lots of history in canada educate yourself we might not have the European type architecture but there’s definitely quite a bit to learn 😀
Hey! One piece of advice I would like to give, is to make hostel reservations for all your trip. This applies specially for travelling in Europe in the summertime! The better ones will be probably full and you dont want to spend an entire day of your trip just looking for some place to spend a night. It is very cheap, so if you want to change plans, it is not a big deal and you wont lose a lot of money...and if you use the reservations, you can even save a few bucks!
Great video! Prague has very compact city center, very walkable, no need to use public transport. Interesting fact: Prague's castle is one of the world's largest castle complexes, even bigger than Buckingham palace, but the silhouette you see is mostly made by the St. Vitus Cathedral
I only was there for a day and you really showed me how much better it is to go for a few days. The rest of the country is also very lovely though especially in the fall because of all the trees on the mountains
You did a nice job with this video. I like your camera work and the music is good! Thanks for visiting Prague. Come back to visit , there’s soooo much more
I really think this is one of the best travel videos about Prague. Thank you Aly for sharing. Prague is the city of my childhood (growing up just one block from Old Town Square) and this video brings a lot of melancholic memories. Of course when I was young I didn't see it, but OMG, that city really is BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE YOU PRAGUE.
I love this video! Prague was never really high on my must-do list, but after seeing this it looks absolutely beautiful. Your tour guide seemed awesome!
He really is! I am studying to become one and this is exactly the vibe I want to give (and from this video he really knows, what he is talking about). Amazing.
I live Prague so much(I visited last February for a couple of days) and since I'm an artsy type of gal I enjoyed so much the architecture and the art museums... Definitely wanna go back for more
Hmm, we are going to visit Prague 16th of November, almost exactly this video posted. Thanks, this is an useful videoinformation for us for that time of year.
Prague is on my list of must see cities. Gotta convince the hubby to get himself out there with me. Loved the 25-minute video. It's only made me want to see Prague more. Come visit the town I live in. In summer, walking up the 350 steps to the he top of the church tower costs around €1 and you get a lovely view. And that church with the bricked up windows... we've got a similar one in the church (the one which costs €1 to climb up).
Went back in July, gorgeous city! Ate at the Mytilda on the river front. Its fantastic! I was only there for a few hours as we were driving to Saltzburg.
You are so cute, it was fun and lovely watching your post. I am going to Prague next week, so iw as looking for videos like yours. Thank your for sharing this
Hey you are the sweetest/cutest UA-camr :) . Recently started following you, totally in love with your style You always make me smile. Thanks! Love from India.
I was in Prague a few months before you posted this video :D It is such a beautiful city! We made a quick stop there for lunch. We were traveling to Saltzburg for the night from Berlin and had to see Prague! We ate lunch along the river in the small restaurant on a boat. I believe the boat was Matylda, outstanding food and english menus ;)
It is weird for me. I've started to watch you when you were in Australia and I was living in the Czech Republic. Now I am in Australia and you are in Prague.. :D
it really is amazing :) when my friend visited Prague as her first city in Europe i said : "Congrats, you just screwed up your travelling experience for the rest of Europe :D " . But of course there are a lot of other amazing places in Europe and elswhere :)
The church you went in in Vysehrad at 9:30 is gorgeous, my friend and I went in there a couple of days ago, our hotel was just around the corner. It's a pity you didn't go to the zoo, it's fantastic.
Nice vlog from a consummate traveller, such a contrast from other vlogs (good also) in that this seems to be the heart of travel, pioneering into a new city. Bravo
So yeah.... turns out i never went to prague...i went to karlov vary ... which you'd love too. the buildings are beautiful and they have these little fountains of mineral water that you can drink from which is good for different things....taste horrible but interesting..heh
Magnificent Aly! You made the most of dodgy weather, and cameras :) I feel the same about grafitti . Doesn't do much for me either. That guy @21:10 is certainly a multi-tasker! Wow!
Hey Aly - I loved your video. I lived in Prague for 6 months during a study abroad program. I’m heading back this November for a nine days. What time of year was this? Carry on with the awesome vlogging!
That cat was having none of your shenanigans. As a Canadian, I'd like to say sorry to that guide for not having enough history :P But I completely agree, I love the history in these old cities... good job taking us around with you.
Great video! I love Prague. Where was that market at the end???? Also, Sandeman's tour guides are the cooest! I take their walking tours everywhere I go.
Wow! Awesome video. But your prices are a tad on the expense side. If you every go back never eat and drink around the city centre that's tourist prices. Plus the Cemetery next to the church at Vyšehrad is Jaw dropping. It's where all the Czech Rich n famous are buried.
Hey Ally. what do you think abt SE. Asia in July-August? I've been planning to do it in March but got a job that doesn't allow me to get a vacation if not in July-August. I am heartbroken! Is it doable? any tips?
Hi Aly! I love watching your videos! It’s like traveling vicariously through you because I can’t at the moment. I was rewatching one of your older videos where you said you were considering a Tom Bhin Aeronaut bag. Have you or would you consider doing a review on it? My husband and I may be doing a little bit of traveling in the future and I wonder if it’s worth investing in. Thank you!
Your thoughts on buying the Prague card/pass? As I doubt I would use any local transportation, I would use only for going to Český krumlov. Still is worth it?
I am from the USA, i have responsibility for running the 🌎 world? WHY WASNT I INFORMED! STAND BACK I GOT THIS! EVERYONE DO AS I SAY, I AM YOUR LEADER. First up, nap time.
There's no enjoinment at all roaming Praque in a weather like that as the weather part represents a huge portion of the total impression of the trip!!!
Ah wish that came before my trip! I absolutely loved Prague as well :D That guide at the start is too funny! Oh shame about the Jewish Quarter, that was actually one of my highlights and was able to take videos everywhere during my guided tour
U Vejvodo was our local bar when I lived in Prague, so great to see it on here at 1:37. The graffiti made me want to cry, Ally. OMG why do people do that?
I love this city!! We actually did a lot of the same budget activities haha :) I also went into this old nunnery thing near Prague Castle that is the site of an old Christian cult - that was super interesting.
That tour guide was awesome the fun way he presents historical facts👍
the walking tour guide is a LEGEND
I studied abroad here this spring, and it will always be in my heart. It's my favorite city in the world!
got any tips for my son heading out end of Jan this 2018 for semester?
"Id like to apologise to people from New Zealand,Australia ,Canada ,the United States and other countries that have no history " Hahahaha brilliant ! Great guide Aly :)!

bigup for the tour guide, man got some really passion when doing it. !
The tour guide is amazing! 😄
I only was there for a day and you really showed me how much better it is to go for a few days. The rest of the country is also very lovely though especially in the fall because of all the trees on the mountains

Excellent video Aly. Good work. Cheers.
Hey you are the sweetest/cutest UA-camr :) . Recently started following you, totally in love with your style You always make me smile. Thanks!
Love from India.
If you really want to go to Prague Castle, go after 5pm - far fewer tourists and the Golden Lane is free.
my favourite place in the whole world,- missing it, must return soon, thanks for the vid! :)
I had to pause the video and comment on that guide: that was unexpected but his energy was wholly welcome xD
Back to watching the video!

I see the guide is Czech and I'm very happy because I never saw a Czech speaking English that well.
It is weird for me. I've started to watch you when you were in Australia and I was living in the Czech Republic. Now I am in Australia and you are in Prague.. :D
Czechcaczech maybe you are meant to be in opposite places and if you meet the world would self destruct 😂😢🤣
🤣🤣🤣
Great video....going to Prague with my family next month (August 2019). Thanks for sharing!
Awesome video. Cheers. This is november time in prague? Is november a good time to travel Prague, Vienna, Budapest?
Most of my friends and family has been to Prague at least once and still haven't heard anything negative about that city at all.
+mikgus it's hard to find the negatives!
it really is amazing :) when my friend visited Prague as her first city in Europe i said : "Congrats, you just screwed up your travelling experience for the rest of Europe :D " . But of course there are a lot of other amazing places in Europe and elswhere :)
Went to Prague last May and it was beautiful and cheap!
The church you went in in Vysehrad at 9:30 is gorgeous, my friend and I went in there a couple of days ago, our hotel was just around the corner. It's a pity you didn't go to the zoo, it's fantastic.
I love the, Kitty!!! Kitties always make it better :)
on Vyšehrad there is a cementery where are buried significant people of Czech history. Well, yes, we have a cementery as a tourist spot

+Kaitlyn W glad you liked it ☺
Great video! I love Prague. Where was that market at the end???? Also, Sandeman's tour guides are the cooest! I take their walking tours everywhere I go.
Marina Pepé likely the market was in the Old Town on a street called Havelska. That’s where my flat was when I lived there.
I love it Prague 🤗😘👌
Jeremy Clarkson presenting the tour of Prague of course who else...
Wow! Awesome video. But your prices are a tad on the expense side. If you every go back never eat and drink around the city centre that's tourist prices. Plus the Cemetery next to the church at Vyšehrad is Jaw dropping. It's where all the Czech Rich n famous are buried.

Ah wish that came before my trip! I absolutely loved Prague as well :D That guide at the start is too funny! Oh shame about the Jewish Quarter, that was actually one of my highlights and was able to take videos everywhere during my guided tour
Need to get bakeshop for breakfast!
Great watching like always 👌
The Lennon Wall!!!!
Oh, yep, my hometown. :)
U Vejvodo was our local bar when I lived in Prague, so great to see it on here at 1:37. The graffiti made me want to cry, Ally. OMG why do people do that?
omg i would go away from that free walking tour 5 seconds after that guy has opened mouth
I love this city!! We actually did a lot of the same budget activities haha :) I also went into this old nunnery thing near Prague Castle that is the site of an old Christian cult - that was super interesting.
15:47 did you or did you not have that? It sounds amazing!
