Rotary makes sense for a PHEV since it is very compact.

@@caskraker It's only used here as a range extender.. And this isn't the 70s, it's been years since rotaries had bad mileage & needed high percentage of oil..

Hiroshima i love it there , kure and itskaitchi always lived olaying in the dhip yards when the tide went out and find nice seashells,then the tide would come back in and climb that ladder it was fun 😊

Looks cool! Now they need to just slap another rotor on the end or better yet 2 more and call it a day! Crate engines would sell like crazy.

I wonder if you could retrofit the rotary engine to the 2022 model. There must have been a reason to have all that empty space in the frunk with no actual frunk right?

Very sad its only used in the small MX-30 instead a real family car with 7 seats. Would have been perfect.
