One thing I love about women, they are so organized even before they start. When they begin the process it just looks more simple, and easy. Then you notice next to her machine she has her stock in place. Very well done, and a very nice teacher as well.
I just got my heat press yesterday! Thank you so much for all the unboxing tips! I never would have made it with out the idea of unboxing from the bottom! A life saver
Hello, don’t no if you are still using the fancier heat press ,but if so my question is what time and temperature for license plate sublimation please ?
Hey friend. I’m binging all your videos. I do have a question. As far as garment choices and supa color transfers… are you restricted to certain types of fabrics?
Mostly no. Supacolor has several types of transfers for different fabrics so you have to choose the right one. I primarily use wearables and it works on most garments perfectly well.
I just discovered your channel. What is the exact model of your heat press? I noticed they sell them on Amazon. Also, what is your process from design to production? How many shirts can you press in a day?
Got my press today and your video was very helpful. 2 questions. I found a video from the manufacturer that said to set the temperature to 350 and 45 minutes to "burn in" before doing first press. Did you burn in your new press? Second question, mine came with a roll of Teflon, should I use this on the pressing pad? I've seen some videos where it looks like the Teflon has been permanently attached to the pressing pad. Should I do that?
I don't know without seeing it but I would assume you would remove the cotton. Yes remove the zip ties. Cotton is flammable so I wouldn't imagine you'd leave that on.
Hi Kirsten. Just got my press. Your video was super helpful. Do you print any of the designs at home? If so, can you recommend me some transfer paper brands? Thanks for the help :D
My business has grown and I’ve now upgraded twice. I sold it after about a year. It’s fine for small jobs but not for bulk orders or for daily use. Good starter press.
so i recently bought this heat press, the first 3 weeks it works great but just recently when i press a shirt the top on my print is lighter than the rest. I have tried to increase the temperature a little bit and increase the pressure but it still fading on top. Does this problem ever happens to u?
So this isn’t really anything like sublimation. It’s a hybrid of heat transfer vinyl and screen printing. It’s made with a heat-activated ink on a plastic sheet that’s ready to press. At 320 degrees and 15 seconds, it’s permanently on the garment and lasts for over 70 washes without peeling, fading, or cracking.
@@KirstenThompson Thanks for the reply. If I wanted to purchase preprinted designs, are there vendors that sell them? I don't sell my stuff so having 20 of the same design made by Supacolor is a bit excessive for me.
I've actually upgraded twice as my business has grown. I know produce a few hundred shirts per month and use a Heatronix Air Fusion 16x20 press with a compressor. This one was a good starter press but not for a higher production press.
can you feel the heat of your machine? i just got mine but the temperature is like warm, when I tried to transferred my vinyl designed didn't stay at the T-shirt
It may not be the heat but the pressure. If it's set to the proper temperature, try adjusting your pressure dial a quarter of a turn at a time to tighten it and try pressing again.
How Do i order the supacolor banks to print my own design on? the website is confusing. It asks a lot of questions I can't seem to just add it to the cart.
@@KirstenThompson So I don't need a dedicated line at all to be installed by electrician. Cause I have seen comments about power outages due to heat press being switched on
So helpful!!! I just received this exact press yesterday and was hoping for more instructions in the manual. Your video was perfect! Thank you!!!

Men are also organized lol

I was gifted a heat press that had been used 2nd. Your tutorial has the most detailed and helpful I’ve come across. I’m confident now lol. Thanks
What are your temps and times for Htv sublimation, sublimation only?

I just discovered your channel. What is the exact model of your heat press? I noticed they sell them on Amazon. Also, what is your process from design to production? How many shirts can you press in a day?
I purchased mine secondhand and it did not come with the Teflon sheet- what else can I use?

I didn’t burn in. And the teflon sheet is what I use for the post-press, after the transfer is on. I cover the design and do a 3-5 second press.
Could you please help me 😩 I can’t get my heat setting on the right numbers
@Kirsten Thompson, dumb question, how do you get your design onto the supacolor heat transfer sheets?
great video. I'm getting really close to doing my first order with supacolor
Can you use a hat/cup attachment with this press?
Where did you get the table that it is sitting on? I'm trying to find something to put mine on and yours is perfect!
My hubby built it!
Just got my New Press and was wondering if you use any parchment paper on top of a vinyl transfer?
My press comes in on Monday. Im so excited. Are you using Gildan shirts?
That’s so exciting! Yes, I love Gildan sweatshirts!
There’s zip ties and like cotton on mine? Do i remove it? It’s in the very back
I don't know without seeing it but I would assume you would remove the cotton. Yes remove the zip ties. Cotton is flammable so I wouldn't imagine you'd leave that on.
This is awesome, thank you! I just got my press today. Do you have to pre wash the shirt? Can’t wait to get started!
No you don’t. Just press!
Hi Kirsten. Just got my press. Your video was super helpful. Do you print any of the designs at home? If so, can you recommend me some transfer paper brands? Thanks for the help :D
I do not. I only use Supacolor transfers.
Hello! I am watching from 2024. Just curious, how is this fancierstudio heat press holding up?
My business has grown and I’ve now upgraded twice. I sold it after about a year. It’s fine for small jobs but not for bulk orders or for daily use. Good starter press.
Thank you so much for sharing your video
best video on youtube for this press
Thank you so much!!
A question. I'm looking into buying this heat press. Are you still using it? How is it holding up?
I’m not using this one anymore. It was fine but I got an upgrade to a Walapress Pro 16x20 from Heat Transfer Warehouse. I love it so much!
very informative video. Have you had a chance to test the permanence of these prints?
Yea they’re amazing. Tested to over 70 washes with no rips, fading, tears. The best!
I need one. How is it holding up

Just received my heat press today 😊
Awesome! Do you like it so far?
should we get the 44.99 protection plan??
Hi, do you have any idea why my fancierstudio heat press keeps on beeping?
Great video 🎉
Hi, I just bought this heat press for my gf and wondering what printer should I buy? She has a clothing brand
Did you ever get a printer I have the same question
Hi. Does the press need to be bolted down to keep it from coming up when you open it back up?
No.
Thank u sooo much I just got my first heat press
Hello, can I use a 6ft, 15 amp but 125 volts extension cord safely with this presser? Instructions say to use 120 volt
How do I get a certain picture to press ??
Are those transfers done with sublimation ink? Would the process be the same with transfers made with my sublimation printer?

You have to create an account first. Once you do that, a rep can help you with your first order.
Do you use a pillow or pad? I was trying it with a pillow and it will not close.
Nope, just the shirt.
Do you leave it opened or closed when it is preheating?
Open!
Great Video Thank you
Where did you ordered your heat press from?
It’s linked in the description.
So helpful, thank you!
Hey how can I order the colorful heat transfers
You send your designs to Supacolor and they’ll print them for you!
How big is your table its on?
Great tutorial
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
I never got any instruction
Thanks 😎🤝👋
Have you noticed a significant difference in electricity bill with using this?
No I haven’t.
Hi I have recently bought a heat press and was wondering when plugging it into use, do I need any special power board at all?
Nope. Just plug it into your wall outlet.
@@KirstenThompson So I don't need a dedicated line at all to be installed by electrician. Cause I have seen comments about power outages due to heat press being switched on
Can you mute the timer?
I haven't found that option, no.
@@KirstenThompson it’s okay I ended up getting it and found a way around the beeping :)
@@jocelynrachelxo What did you do?
@@madebymidnite you just lift it when it is close to ending like you would for a microwave.
Jocelyn O how long have you had the press and are you still using it?
Smart
You’re gorgeous 🤤😍
Damn you talk entirely too much
Just press the damn thing
Just go elsewhere. No need to be rude.
@@KirstenThompson that was rude to you ?
