Bagnall Works 401 Vulcan North Tyneside Steam Railway Elf Express Highlights

Built in 1950 By W.G. Bagnall Ltd No 2994, better known as The Steel Company Of Wales Ltd No 401 is seen here at the North Tyneside steam railway.
We begin on a cold November evening with 401 undergoing testing prior to her elf express duties in December with a variety of angles under the cover of darkness, save the station lighting. We move to the first weekend of December to see 401 on duty for the first elf express of the Stephenson Steam Railway.
