something i think you should've mentioned: vulpaphylas can reach 1200+ normal shield cap with calculated redirection for reinforced bond's firerate boost, as well as the necessary crit chance for tenacious bond, and with their devolution mods this means your fire rate and crit damage buffs are never turned off, unlike other companions where you lose that when they are down.
No one uses them, its sad. I member when I dropped one of their exclusive mods and it was super rare at the time, only 5 people on market price fixing them at 100 plat. I put it in at 40, thinking down the line that week someone who loves that dog is gonna buy it. That thing sat there on market for 3 years until I redid my stash
I feel like Venari needs to get buffed in the next companion update, as its basically the ability that you swap out for helminth since you can still mod her afterwards.
I feel like Venari should be able to use ANY kavat precepts. That would be a pretty simple buff, but a pretty good one. Of course, they'd probably make it so you can't run Venari and Smeeta with charm at the same time to get double charm buffs, but I think it'd be really cool to treat Venari as the ultimate Kavat since they're attached to a Warframe ability.
your argument that you can swap skill and keep pet is missleading because it means if you buff venari you also buff her whit replaced skill unless you mean you want to change how khora 3 works (and not venari it self) i agree it would be nice to get more interesting skill but also khora is really strong frame and there are plany of frames that need buff over her venari it self is fine as stat stick pet - is super tanky whit like 3600 HP and 80% DR whit just 2 mods and you have room for utility mods like 120% crit damage buff ,fetch, animal instinct but also i agree that would be nice if venari had good aoe attack skill that way you could also add synth deconstruct for HP orbs so khora can use equiliobrum by defout or spred some status on enemys on other hand you get 2 pets so you can mod other pet for that same reason
Of the three modes Venari has, the only one I ever used was the heal aura to keep cryopods and excavators alive. The defensive mode could be replaced by a stealth mode and people might actually use it.
In my opinion Venari doesn't need any buff right now, she's already absurdely good. You can Helminth subsume her slot without losing her (you lose changing her stance or make her instantly respawn, which are both borderline useless). She's super tanky and have insanely high base stats that go well along many mods. Her damage scales on her mods and ALSO on Khora's ability strength. She can easily 1 shot lv 190 SP Gokstad Officers even at base ability strength or unmodded. Also rank 0 link shields + (Primed)Pack Leader makes her the only companion able to indefinitely shieldgate to level cap. Most of her support mods like (Primed)Animal Instinct stack with your other pets.
@@Figgyee genuinely curious, but how are you one shotting a level 190 SP Gokstad officer with no mods/ability strength? Armored stripped is not impressive, but fully armored? I don't believe it.
I'm sad you neglected to highlight Reinforced Bond, a mod that while situational depending on your guns, is very powerful. Basically permanent 60% fire rate from a properly built companion, that's basically a free mod slot opening up on a LOT of weapons, (and notably, it also applies to archguns). Also, assuming a fast reloading weapon, it also adds a great deal of pet survivability.
yeah wyrm got the short end of the stick in this video when it can use the 120% crit bond and the 60% firerate bond alongside a statstick vulklok vigilante set for some crazy DPS
Honourable mention for Vasca is that its revive works on Titania in Razorwing, but Razorwing puts it in stasis so you don't need to worry about it dying. I don't know if Titania benefits from the bond effects, though. EDIT: I can now confirm that Bond mods *do* work, including Duplex Bond - it was really weird seeing 3 Kavat clones running around despite being in Razorwing. Considering that Duplex Clones are invincible... hm, shame there's so few raw damage stat mods.
@@reginadea2821 It was working when I made my Titania Loadout and there's builds on Overframe that recommend using Vasca on her for this reason - so if it's not working, it's been changed and I don't know when. EDIT: It was working just now for me when I went into a Steel Path Survival and just waited to die. Dying still interrupts Razorwing but you immediately get back up.
Surprised Verglas wasn't given a segment as that weapon is literally the Glaxion and allows Sentinels to easily solo kill most enemies on the starchart, it's like having a free autoaim turret on your shoulder that can kill most of the same targets you can.
If I remember correctly he talked about that on stream and its just slow. It's good compared to other sentinel weapons but that bar is extremely low. If you're looking to seriously kill, Verglas only does normal starchart, it does worse than the hound, and you could just bring a Warframe instead.
@@RiderOmega Obviously it's not ideal for stuff like steel path, but for players like me who don't go into it very often Verglas is more than good enough for support fire in non-steel path content.
I had hope for the Pharaoh Predasite, hopefully with the precept reworks next year we'll be able to turn them into a mini-Nidus. They're currently okay in most of standard star chart, but still just a disappointment overall.
@4:44 The original discussions about "Pets 2.0" all seemed to indicate including a command wheel to order your pets around. I think that will be part of the second pass next year. I would also like a way to program them some basic "standing order" doctrines in the arsenal, before they even go on a mission.
It's a good day when Brozime uploads. Even better so when it's a 30+ minute one! Love the showcase, it's quite overwhelming to have so many options, so this hells a lot!
Please note, for the Nautilus, you have to have cordon as your first slot, top left, there is a bug where the cordon is not proc'ing. Many guild mates are experiencing this issue. If you have it in the first slot it will fix the issue.
28:02 Helios died and took it a while to get it recovered. His confusion is priceless Now I want Birds. I dont care their precepts are situational. I want them birbs.
A Charm nerf only makes sense if they make it easier to grind. If the issue is an overuse of one utility mod, maybe the problem is the game. Charm is inconsistent and a pain to use, but for anyone who doesn't play all the time it's the only option other than paying for boosters, even if you only play an hour a day. Given that boosters decay while offline, that's hardly an option. The amount of times I've had 2 drop chance buffs when actively farming an item is in the single digits, and I have 1000 hours, and have pretty much never run anything other than Smeeta. I still have items I need to farm too, so it's not like the changes won't affect me. On average it increases loot by 27%. But that's assuming it's never dead, and you always bring it. It's significant, but loot frames are way more impactful, granted while limiting choice on a major part of the game. But the chance can be much worse. I have sometimes waited an hour to get a single drop chance proc (I was farming exploiter with a booster for standing, and didn't want to put more effort in). During that same farming session, 8/10 runs ended with me waiting over 20 minutes for 1 proc. And that's not including the fact that the buff lasts 2.5 minutes, so really I had over 22.5 minutes where I hadn't gotten one.
Hey Brozime, just wanted to drop a comment as your recent videos sound a LOT quieter than other channels. Just for more context if you wanted to recreate it, I have to raise the volume to 300% using the "600% Sound Volume" Firefox Extension to get it to the level other content creators sound at base 100%.
If you add Fired Up to instead of Synth Deconstruct that would add the third status you need. Because if I am remembering correctly that mod adds a Fire status proc based upon 60% of the sentinels weapon base damage. This would greatly shorten the down time as it no longer requires you to need to proc any other status, not that procing a separate status is difficult mind you.
Nope, fired up doesn't work like that. It doesn't proc a separate instance of fire it just adds the fire damage to the weapon. So in this case a gas/cold weapon is just getting extra fire damage tacked onto the gas not procing gas/cold/fire
My Panzer is set up as a support companion, Tenacious & Reinforced bond’s boost my weapons and Viral Quills paired with Hunter Recovery infinity heals my frame, even when it devolves for 30secs. Will try other pets, but Panzer is still king in my eyes.
I've been using Diriga and Helios both a lot for priming with Manifold Bond. Diriga's arc coil applying electric damage by default also procs Archon Stretch consistently for free energy regen. And the cooldown is low enough that it gets spammed extremely quickly leading to Mystic Bond granting a free cast every ~5 seconds. Helios is a bit more restrictive but I'm using him with frames with channeled abilities, mostly one of my Zephyr builds that has Gloom. Seismic Bond's AOE pulse applies the added weapon statuses from Manifold and applies Vicious Bond's Armor shred to everyone hit. This occurs on every enemy hit allowing it to mass armor strip and prime very quickly if you give his weapons heat and corrosive, and extra bounces. Diriga takes less investment and is more flexible, but Helios provides way better damage scaling due to priming and armor shred.
Wyrm has a unique thing that you can easilly trigger Reinforced bond with just redirection mod. You can also run a crit weapon for the Tenacious bond and the negate. So you are getting 60%firerate, 1.2 crit damage and status reist every 5 sec. Like it is not top of the line but it is still fairly decent.
The funny thing is charm has never been useful, and is only "useful" now as the pet is harder to kill. Wow one resource double buff when i actually need it in 1 hour of play?? sign me up!!!
I'm talking about getting the affinity buff during the tiny window of time that a valuable resource is on the ground like steel essence. On average the buff you want will happen every 9 minutes on average according to the wiki, and that's just an average. Often times, you will get an affinity buff but have no resources you want to actually double. it makes it inconsistent, frustrating, and annoying. Most people now only use it passively, if they happen to get the bonus great but they don't EXPECT to actually get it on time. So, them nerfing this somehow is just HILARIOUS to me lol. Ive said for years it needs to be buffed to be more consistent. @@Brozime
@@Darthmufin Facts charm is lowkey massively overrated, the only reason they wanted to nerf it was cause of how skewed usage was for smeeta, but that was because of how absolutely useless everything else was and now that they've reworked it I don't know why anyone is still advocating its nerf. any loot frame is a way bigger difference in efficiency than charm would ever be but no one is talking about nerfing loot frames. It annoys me everytime he brings up how obviously charm HAS to be nerfed like bro what
@@Brozime "entirely false information here 🤓🤓🤓" bro it has a chance TO HAVE A CHANCE of giving you a LITTLE bit of extra loot here and there. MAYBE a little extra affinity here and there. You're a straight up bootlicker and you've got DE's perfectly polished
I really miss the old Chesa precept that allowed him to pick up items from the floor. Other than being longer-range single-target vacuum, it also picked up plants (counted as scanning them), ayatan sculptures, ayatan stars, and even revived you by picking health orbs in case there was one nearby. And watching dog run around picking up stuff was adorable. They should've kept it over the terrible 20s CD 1-person disarm that doesn't even work on half of the enemies in this game. I kind of hope they bring it back next year with 2nd part of the rework but I am a little delusional
nice to see the Sahasa getting some love iv been using it for years before the rework, it's such a nice companion to help with energy econ on more hungry frames.
I spent months breeding a max size/bulk lotus DigDog and have been using her since they released. The energy and ammo is just too good. She did sometimes die on hard content, but I still never felt the need to switch to an immortal pet when all companions got vacuum.
I dont think it really matters here, but I just wanna add that Sentinel weapons have very unique interactions with Zoom, Projectile Speed and their range. Back on Fortuna release I got my Diriga to fire at enemies at their base while I just stepped out the elevator.
Duplex bond is actually really good on Helios. The clones strip armor too and you can put shattering impact on his melee to make them strip armor even faster. It's been a lot of fun.
I'd also shout out Wyrm Prime due to its massive shield pool, allowing it to make great use of Reinforced Bond. Negate + Manifold Bond will also make you quite resistant to status procs, as well.
if only the precept that pushes enemies away was inverted, then wyrm would be really nice, guess we gotta see what the second part of the update brings
28:02 I think they should make a visual indication that the sentinel is down. Maybe make the sentinel transparent and after its done recovering another indication, like a pulse or something. Or just make it go away and then come back with a pulse after its done recovering.
Hard disagree on The shield dog not being good. Your shields only need to be damage for it to spam the shield heal, and it seems to have a very low cooldown(Negative efficiency hildryn can AFK with her 4 active and this dog will keep her shields up). Haven't personally tested it yet, but I would like to know if each shield heal counts as an ability for Mystic bond. Secondly, I think it's worth mentioning that The grineer balloon BP is available in the market and fairly easy to build compared to Nautilus being locked behind railjack and Dethcube needing a mod from simaris to get the full benefit of its kit.
Beast Companions NEED weapons, specifically their Collars should be able to hold the damage mods. Beast Companions have only 10 mod slots. Robotic companions have 10 mods slot on them and an additional 8 mod slots on their weapons. They don't have to put all their damage mods on their bodies. I hope the DEvs realize how mid slot starved beast companions are. Every player gets a collar for free and their is a prime collar. Let us put mods like Flame Gland and Bite on the collar. Give Collars 8 mods slots like robotic weapons get.
Status chance on pets needs to be the first buff for pets. The only reason our pets deal 0 damage is because their base status chance is below 10% making the pure slash damage they do, worthless. DE should make our pets have a base status chance of 50% so half the time they feel like attacking a enemy with thier janky AI it does a decent damaging slash procc. 50% base status chance on pets should be the norm.
The one thing that sucks is some of the resources have such a low drop rate, that to justify getting rid of charm they should make farming those resources less painful.
I think Wyrm could be good on the right loadout with Manifold bond and reinforced bond on like Mesa or something, put cold and radiation on the weapon to yeet enemies away from you on the rare occasion anything gets close to slow and CC them while also giving you a free extra 60% fire rate.
What's shocking to me is that one simple change could have been made YEARS ago. As new player I was running carrier, then kavat until panzer and never anything else. Even to me back then it was painfully obvious that companions dying was their one flaw. When panzer came out, it was a god send.
Charm getting nerfed sounds sucky. Like it really helps with farming stuff and it basically would save me hours a day when it came to farming exploiter and profit taker. I have gotten every single item from Solaris United and Fortuna. Doing that without charm and a booster would have broken me because it took 2 months of daily grinding to 32k standing. I don’t even know another farm aside from tellurium or… I don’t know I have most of the resources I need for basically everything with 3k hours. Those stupid Fortuna toroid balls need to give more standing or spawn more reliably before I would be happy with a charm nerf
I think my first comment got auto-modded for having a link in it, oops. Anyways the Panzer build could use a lot of work, but I don't think you really messed with them unless it was off stream. Anyways Vulps are currently the companions that can use Tenacious and Reinforced Bond the easiest. They also don't drop the buff when they go into Larval form as where other companions do drop the buff when they're downed so they're just overall the best facilitators of those mods. 0 Forma Desus Antigen for D polarity and you can add either a V or - polarity when you gild it, the build fits perfectly either way. Rank 4 Bite(V Polarity) - Viral Quills - Panzer Devolution - Martyr Symbiosis - Synth Deconstruct Tenacious Bond - Animal Instinct - Reinforced Bond - Rank 9/10 Calculated Redirection - Rank 4 Fetch Bite doesn't need to be any higher to activate Tenacious Bond Synth Deconstruct is a flex spot; you can put anything there that you want as long as its 9 capacity or lower. Other good mods for this slot are Hunter Recovery for raw consistent healing over rng health orbs, sharpened claws so that you can pray your vulpa will decide to armor strip an acolyte or void angel, Tek Assault to pair with Martyr Symbiosis, Loyal Companion in theory would make for a hell of a synergy with Martyr symbiosis and if you can find space for Tek assault by giving up something like Animal Instinct I imagine it'd get that much better, or Mystic Bond. I put a V polarity onto my panzer when I gilded it, but if you put a - polarity on the build still fits it's just Animal Instinct goes into a polarized slot instead of Bite. Rank 9 and Rank 10 Calculated redirection both have the same mod cost when in a D polarity slot. I left mine at rank 9 because I cba to spend 250k credit and 5k endo (literally increases the endo cost of the build by 50%, 10k > 15k, by it's self for a single rank up to get 80 shields) rank 9 is already enough to trigger Reinforced Bond and rank 8 isn't so it has to be at least 9. Fetch is rank 4 because it's simply just the easiest mod on the build to get another copy of and missing 1m of loot collection is irrelevant and nobody will be able to notice the difference. Funnily enough rank 4 Fetch is still 1m more than a rank 5 vacuum lol. If you want Primed Animal Instinct you'd need a forma for either V or - depending on what you didn't pick when gilding it. But by the time you'd get that mod I'm sure you could part with a single forma.
i would also mention that for some pets whit over 300+ shield base (so like panzer ) there is mod for +60 %firerate on frame stealth dog is like shade can work as defense for casters also mod for combo is not as fast to be used as combo gain but can be ok as sudo combo duration on like venari
I feel like Bhaira headed hound could also be pretty useful, I mean, its literally your own little eximus for a minute when there's an eximus nearby. Also *insta equips Sahasa on his Mesa*
i like the sisters hounds a lot now with the changes has they have 2 massive multi hit aoe that spared ips elementals everywhere so heat viral and another 2 ips for CO and CC with electricity has well has having a base shields high to give me with redirect the 1.2k for 60% fire rate the moa can be immortal (i have yet to have it die outside of 800+ SP kuva surv) and has the larva spawns (or hack if u want or anything ells to but, u only have 1 option has if u dont use blast shield u lose out on a lot of survivability u can still use others but then it might not even survive past 400+ SP kuva surv)
@@maskettaman1488No matter the rework, nothing would beat it. You're already more than strong enough without a companion, so the only thing that even matters is extra loot chance.
@@maskettaman1488smeeta is literally only good for farming now, hounds, adarza, and nautilus are the best options for level cap for example, and theres a large amount of options for energy economy fixing
Ive been using a diriga loaded to the brim with elements as well as manifold and momentous bond, this procks close to every status on any and every enemy which is kinda busted combined with lycaths hunt khora
Or just melees in general. I'm not quite sure if it procs IPS, but at the bare miminum you get 3 statuses from the shock enabling the cooldown reduction on the ability. At its best you get all 10 statuses for a flipping 800% CO damage. Even without Lycath's it's ridiculous already. With Lycath's it's incredibly QoL to boot!
Have you in fact tried a Sunika with a Kuva Kohm, Savagery, Bite and Maul? Because 233% status chance and 1300 slash damage are really quite good. I am currently running that with all the Mecha mods and Voruna and everything around just dies of status effects.
I'm still sad they nerfed Sharpened Claws. For those who don't know, Sharpened Claws used to only require your Kavat to HIT a target, not deal damage. So you could shred Sargus Ruk, Eidolons, those Venus Open World spider bot bosses, just by bringing a kavat.
28:09 "Think he's stopped attacking for whatever reason" - 15 seconds before that the game's said "Helios Prime is down", that's why 😢 But he's not bugged!
I don't care what they do to other companions, I am still going to keep using my panzer I named Steve, he is my only source of viral for my mesa build using corrosive and cold paired with archon flow
Venari didn't seem to get anything specific to her outside of some increased survival stats, but she _can_ at least be used to double stack the free Ability Cast proc from Mystic Bond alongside your normal pet, should they both have it and a cooldown based Precept equipped, to give a bunch of free Strangledomes on a fairly regular basis (especially now that Mystic Bond can trigger off of the attack from a Panzer's Viral Quills precept, which has a cooldown so short between its activations that it's practically nonexistent). So between Venari having access to that, Tenacious Bond for the free Crit damage buff it gives Khora, and Tandem Bond to help keep the Combo Timer refreshed just by Venari running around doing the things she normally does, I've certainly felt her have a far more tangible effect on my gameplay than she did prior to the update when she'd usually just be there while my _other_ pet ran around actually helping me out. So that's honestly been pretty nice.
You're sleeping on Wyrm Prime, I ignore his Crowd Dispersion precept as it's not my cup of tea, Negate is a generally useful passive buff, but Wyrm Prime has 600 base shields, With Calculated Redirection+Reinforced bond+Vulklok crit stat stick+Tenacious Bond, you have a companion who negates status, gives you a crit damage buff, and gives you a 60% fire rate buff. Not my build, but I've def been making use of it, and I've also removed Assault Mode as all it needs to do is buff me, I run Guardian and I'm trying to decide between Medi-Ray or Spare parts (High Investment though)
alternatively you can just use a super low investment 0 forma 10k endo panzer build that gives you both buffs(and doesn't drop them when it gets downed and goes into larval state), spreads viral, heals you, has a non dogshit version of sacrifice and you can opt for things like sharpened claws to armor strip important enemies, synth deconstruct for a free energy economy with equalibrium and quite a few other options especially with a forma or 2
@@LinkTheTiger Negate is the reason I run Wyrm Prime. Sacrifice in my experience isn't anywhere near as bad as it's made out to be in this video, even then if it fails I have dying gasp and madurai to get myself back up. Personally I don't like Panzer Vulp. the ability to keep buffs in Larval stage is good, but I find that Wyrm Prime doesn't go down often enough for me to worry about buffs not applying. my Magnetic Nukor runs Viral+Heat and Secondary encumber, so the viral spread from Vulp is rather useless to me. Vulp stripping a single enemies armor is also not very useful when I can Helminth any of a number armor strip abilities onto my warframe to deal with armored units or even run Unairu to do the same thing while opening up a helminth slot. Ultimately it's all up to taste and cost. Vulp is cheaper but offers me no meaningful Utility and I had Forma to spare when the companion rework came along. Also Running Synth Deconstruct and Equilibrium is up to taste, Personally I try not to spend a precious warframe mod slot on that combo
Thanks for doing this video. I really appreciate it. I still don't understand why you did a 30m video on the new companion builds before we knew what all the mods were though... since you just had to remake the video anyways. Felt like bait filler. But I'm glad the "real" video is here now.
I still don't get it why DE didn't added a command to the campagnions when you mark and hold the button on the target to actually attack only the marked target, i mean why is that not a thing in this game yet? Also why are the galvanized mods not working on the campagnion weapons, even the passive of the mods are bugged on some weapons (not aue).....?
As a relatively new player, hear me out, if smeeta kavat takes this much work and effort to build why not keep it unique ? As i found out adraza or whatever its called gives you cats eye and i didnt even bother checking other variations of kavats? Now i know smeeta is good for somethin else so i would breed one ! If you remove or nerf this , dont consider your own opinion as a person whos been playing for thousands of hours… consider someone who has a month in the game and wants a reason to make a specific kavat Is this unreasonable ?
Completely reasonable. The issue I’ve found newer players have is just the amount of time needed for strong useful builds (aside certain innately strong weapons/frames). It definitely is discouraging to nerd something that takes extensive setup to even be “broken” Afterall if you had you spend hours, weeks, possibly months to get something, is it even broken?
At the end of the day, warframe has never and unfortunately will likely never respect players time. They’d rather you spend 1000 hours making no progress than 1 hr making a ton
In regards to Condition Overload on companion weapons, I thought that they weren't able to use mods with conditions to activate. Like how other companion weapons can't use the Galvanized mods. Has this changed? I'm really hoping some of the Predasites and the Helminth Charger get some love too. I would prefer if the ground companions would retreat to their owner when they fall below a certain thresh hold and heal up before they return to battle. Another option would be to make the companions melee attacks a mod with a CD rather than just having them walk up to enemies a attack them endlessly. Especially since a lot of the animal abilities are ranged or AOE and they could just be by your side between CDs.

I feel like Venari should be able to use ANY kavat precepts. That would be a pretty simple buff, but a pretty good one.
Of course, they'd probably make it so you can't run Venari and Smeeta with charm at the same time to get double charm buffs, but I think it'd be really cool to treat Venari as the ultimate Kavat since they're attached to a Warframe ability.
your argument that you can swap skill and keep pet is missleading because it means if you buff venari you also buff her whit replaced skill unless you mean you want to change how khora 3 works (and not venari it self)
i agree it would be nice to get more interesting skill but also khora is really strong frame and there are plany of frames that need buff over her
venari it self is fine as stat stick pet - is super tanky whit like 3600 HP and 80% DR whit just 2 mods and you have room for utility mods like 120% crit damage buff ,fetch, animal instinct
but also i agree that would be nice if venari had good aoe attack skill that way you could also add synth deconstruct for HP orbs so khora can use equiliobrum by defout or spred some status on enemys
on other hand you get 2 pets so you can mod other pet for that same reason
Of the three modes Venari has, the only one I ever used was the heal aura to keep cryopods and excavators alive.
The defensive mode could be replaced by a stealth mode and people might actually use it.
In my opinion Venari doesn't need any buff right now, she's already absurdely good. EDIT: I can now confirm that Bond mods *do* work, including Duplex Bond - it was really weird seeing 3 Kavat clones running around despite being in Razorwing. Considering that Duplex Clones are invincible... hm, shame there's so few raw damage stat mods.
Does it? When I tried it, it seems the revive doesn't work when she's in Razorwing. She has to pop out of it for the revive to work.
Surprised Verglas wasn't given a segment as that weapon is literally the Glaxion and allows Sentinels to easily solo kill most enemies on the starchart, it's like having a free autoaim turret on your shoulder that can kill most of the same targets you can.
it's funny how it does like 4-5x the damage of any other sentinel beam weapon too lol
@@RiderOmega I am aware this is old, but to confirm. Verglas can solo steel path. You just need to set it up properly.
Helios wasn't bugged, he died around 28:01
Yeah that was strange of him not to notice, given that the game gives what is it three different ways of telling the player your companion is downed.
@@dragconen he got tunneled vision
he just saw the pet still floating next to the warframe
Can't believe they actually got us equipping weapons on Sentinels. I've been avoiding that for like 7 years.
I had hope for the Pharaoh Predasite, hopefully with the precept reworks next year we'll be able to turn them into a mini-Nidus. They're currently okay in most of standard star chart, but still just a disappointment overall.
great video! but in my opinion wyrm prime is very good. negate and reinforced bond go great on him as a buffer and a surviving tool

@4:44
The original discussions about "Pets 2.0" all seemed to indicate including a command wheel to order your pets around.
Pro tip: Verglas with Combustion Beam is an assist machine for Dethcube etc.
Please note, for the Nautilus, you have to have cordon as your first slot, top left, there is a bug where the cordon is not proc'ing. Many guild mates are experiencing this issue. If you have it in the first slot it will fix the issue.
I would not reccomend momentus bond on panzer, the -respawn time on eximus kill does not apply to panzer devolution respawn
28:02 Helios died and took it a while to get it recovered. His confusion is priceless
Now I want Birds.
Little note: Pack Leader is *great* on venari and any khora companion because it procs off of whipclaw (although the venari UI doesn't show it)
Hey Brozime, just wanted to drop a comment as your recent videos sound a LOT quieter than other channels.
Note: vulcax works as well, needs corrupted crit mod though
Panzer can get 100% uptime Reinforced Bond, definitely should be slotted.
Everyone always forgets the helminth charger...
The funny thing is charm has never been useful, and is only "useful" now as the pet is harder to kill. Wow one resource double buff when i actually need it in 1 hour of play?? sign me up!!!
Just entirely false information here
@@Brozime its useful
if you can actually get the resource affinity buff
I could see myself trading Charm cat for Dog that picks up everything im too lazy for.
Would love to see the Helmith Charger get something next round.
nice to see the Sahasa getting some love iv been using it for years before the rework, it's such a nice companion to help with energy econ on more hungry frames.
Easiest fix for charm is to not let you get another buff until your current one runs out
yo just saying the volume mix on your videos are considerably lower than average relative to other videos on YT
According to the wiki, Negate is not affected by M. bond's cooldown reduction.
Moa was an unkillable murder machine before the companion rework, and they still are.
I use Diriga alot. he CC's everything and I like to just prime mobs and he smokes them all. its pretty fun
The only frame I use vasca kavat on is titania for basic immortality since it doesn't exist in razorwing
Rank 4 Bite(V Polarity) - Viral Quills - Panzer Devolution - Martyr Symbiosis - Synth Deconstruct
Tenacious Bond - Animal Instinct - Reinforced Bond - Rank 9/10 Calculated Redirection - Rank 4 Fetch
Bite doesn't need to be any higher to activate Tenacious Bond
Synth Deconstruct is a flex spot; you can put anything there that you want as long as its 9 capacity or lower.
Wyrm preventing status every 5seconds is worth mentioning
i would also mention that for some pets whit over 300+ shield base (so like panzer ) there is mod for +60 %firerate on frame
stealth dog is like shade can work as defense for casters
also mod for combo is not as fast to be used as combo gain but can be ok as sudo combo duration on like venari
343 with Calculated Redirection (unless my math's off) will push you over the 1200 shield threshold for Reinforced Bond.
@@glimmereyes9089 i was typing it from head thats why i did "+" but you are right correcting me

the moa can be immortal (i have yet to have it die outside of 800+ SP kuva surv) and has the larva spawns (or hack if u want or anything ells to but, u only have 1 option has if u dont use blast shield u lose out on a lot of survivability u can still use others but then it might not even survive past 400+ SP kuva surv)
I was so ready to get disappointed with an underwhelming companion rework.. and then we actually got an amazing companion rework, I love to see it!
A rework so amazing that there's still nothing that can compete with the occasional extra resource drop lol
@@maskettaman1488No matter the rework, nothing would beat it. You're already more than strong enough without a companion, so the only thing that even matters is extra loot chance.

Worth mentioning that if you put quick return and whirlwind on helios' deconstructor (with viral heat) he will be able to shred sp enemies.
Well, there is huras and it gives invis. Wyrm does not require reloads for speed buff due to the shield amount.
In case it wasn't mentioned. If you don't want a maxed out bite you can still get 50% on kavats with a rank 4-5 bite
or hunter synergy
I recently threw on Duplex Bond on my Helmith Charger, and being Harrow, you have so many dogs with you
Ive been using a diriga loaded to the brim with elements as well as manifold and momentous bond, this procks close to every status on any and every enemy which is kinda busted combined with lycaths hunt khora
Your Helios stopped attacking because he was dead btw, not a bug.
I think the change will probably make it a set rotation and less random or they will make it not stack with active boosters.
Yeah they did a really good job with these. It feels amazing to use sentinels again.
Quick question what about Venari? The kavat you get with Khora?
Sahasa should work really well with Frost, pack leader probably wouldn’t be bad for base over guard either

@@GanjaScotty heh nice
Any interactions for Venari or was she not affected much by the Changes?
I don’t know but this is a good question
i haven't heard anything.
but i suspect she wasn't touched since she's a special case.
Tried stacking Tenacious on both pets... didn't work
Venari didn't seem to get anything specific to her outside of some increased survival stats, but she _can_ at least be used to double stack the free Ability Cast proc from Mystic Bond alongside your normal pet, should they both have it and a cooldown based Precept equipped, to give a bunch of free Strangledomes on a fairly regular basis (especially now that Mystic Bond can trigger off of the attack from a Panzer's Viral Quills precept, which has a cooldown so short between its activations that it's practically nonexistent).
Also i laughed out loud when helios was killed and he was like "hmm i guess helios is bugged?"
27:20 no quick return on deconstructor? idk if you were confusing that and quickening
Is your intro music from red vs blue? If so or if not what’s the song called?
You can't use combo count mods on sentinel weapons to avoid them becoming stat sticks.

You have so much knowledge its staggering. Thank you so much for your concise over views on companions. Invaluable
Thanks for doing this video. I really appreciate it. I still don't understand why you did a 30m video on the new companion builds before we knew what all the mods were though... since you just had to remake the video anyways. Felt like bait filler. But I'm glad the "real" video is here now.
So people could farm things before the rework came out? I was pretty on point with my predictions aside from 2 sentinels
@@Brozime fair enough! Thanks for the reply and explanation
Charm is fine rn, the smeeta doesn’t do a whole lot compared to the other pets, so you trade utility for loot
Just really gotta farm the Zariman to hell and back so I can get all the Entrati Lanthorns I need before DE kill charm.
If you remove or nerf this , dont consider your own opinion as a person whos been playing for thousands of hours… consider someone who has a month in the game and wants a reason to make a specific kavat
Is this unreasonable ?
Especially since a lot of the animal abilities are ranged or AOE and they could just be by your side between CDs.
if u match the same mods and stack ur own they work
