FIT TIP: The jumping segments of the chorus are high impact. If you need a modification, simply remove the jumps and replace it with a single step out.

I like the breakdown tutorial, particularly with the modifications for the more senior participants. It's easy to focus so much on the moves and forget not all participants can functionally reproduce all the moves which can be frustrating to them. Many of my seniors are fit but have limitations due to an active lifestyles (i.e. skiing injuries, running 25 miles a week for 25 years, etc). Thank you. Would love to see more of this.

I'm a little late to the game with this one but this is hands down, my favorite REFIT song. The moves are so empowering and make me feel like such a powerful person doing them. It really gets the heart pumping and your adrenaline going. After doing this one, I feel like I can handle anything!

I showed this song to my son last night- I told him to look for the dab....I wished I filmed his reaction....he went wide eyed and jaw dropped....you guys are so super cool....and my 11 year old son thinks so too, so you know its gotta be true. You must know he usually does not react like that to nothing....only sad I'm so late to the party, just found you guys in Feb. Please come to Ontario Canada.

I love the songs/choreography.. I have been doing you alls dances since I met you all at ACU 4 years ago at the Zumba-thon !! Blessed my pregnancies and life afterwards !!!I absolute,y love this !!!
