Great Playing, Man! My H.Reverb arrives tomorrow, and I'm really looking forward to hear that Dream-Time-Tones... Y' don't need Shimmer, or low/high Octaves, with that Tails... I will send another message when I played it. Keep up the Good Work! Greetings from Germany!
Thank you for making this video. It sounds really good. I feel wowed by this pedals sound. And when you started playing with the hall-setting i just melted. (even with the "spicy" notes you played). I like that they went with hall, room and an plate. Instead of some weird octave-shimmer. Question: Does it do kill-dry when turning the level knob to max? I am also curious to wether it would work on acoutic guitar.. my intuition says yes...Your thougths? Lastly im asuming its mono only? edit: mistaked the plate for hall setting.
Mono only, And by the sounds of things its not quite a complete dry kill but very close! I woukld say its going to sound great with an acoustic guitar too! Thanks so much for your feedback, so glad you enjoyed the review - got to agree, its a crazy good pedal for its price :) Stay Awesome - Sam
Might sound like a silly question but I have this pedal and trying to put my 9v battery in but does not have an clip converter. Where am I suppose to put the battery or does it even support it?
A good enough question for me to go and check first thing this morning! Upon opening it up it looks like there is in fact no battery compartment or clip, but there is space for one? Would seem like having no connector for a 9v battery would be one of the reasons the price is lower on these, thanks for you question! Stay Awesome! - Sam
Hello, It is not Silly,,, i went to thé store and,,, no,,, 9 volt batery is just for drive, fuzz, dist, métal,,,,,thats alll,,,,,i did not but it,,, so sad
Thats just a little small problem, you just have to solder yourself a battery connector which connects to the dc input of the pedal. And if you want to do it right, you can solder it even on the inside
Hammertone Reverb arrived today. Really nice effects and tails like heard in this video...BUT: (for me) too much loss of dynamic, no matter if in effect-loop or direct input before the amp. The Guitar loses it's WHANG! (Chords and single notes) and the texture becomes 2-dimensional. (Equipment Hughes&Kettner Edition Tube 25th, SOMMER-Cable). My other Reverb, Hall of Fame 1, has a huge dynamic at this setting; the HOF2, bought by a friend, has lost that range. WTF happened to TC? Sorry, i'm quite disappointed. In my opinion, it could be a useful element in reviews to check the dynamic. So, my Hammertone goes back... : | Greetings and a Happy New Year from Germany!
Greetings and happy new year to you too Manfred, really appreciate you sharing your experience. Sometimes - "It just aint the one" goes! I really loved this reverb for what I would consider a "layering" tool for music production and songwriting, and would perhaps go for something more dynamic for a live/lead reverb. One for the spicerack so to say! Good luck on your hunt for eternal, ethereal guitar tones! - Sam
@@HickiesMusicStore Ho, excuse me,,i forgot,,, for the reverb, i think,i m going to buy the fluorescence TC Electronic,, because,as the reverb hammertone, it has a long long Decay,,and, i can turn off the shimmer option if i want,,,, bye
Wow. That was absolutely incredible. Great display of a reverb. It was Pink Floyd-esk.
La série Hammertone est une totale réussite , le Delay , la Reverb , l'Overdrive et la Distorsion sont un régal !!
So glad you love them too! we were very impressed when we got them in, and still are! Many thanks - Sam
At this price the best reverb I have heard so far. It does compete with my BlueSky at three times the price. Fender reverb 👍 Nice demo as well 👌
Hi Michael! I was really impressed with it too, would be a contender for best priced pedal on this channel! Stay awesome - Sam
Wow.... I need this pedal... Thanks for the review bro
love to hear it!

Great choice Manfred, may your long reverb trails resonate positively into the new year as much as you do! Stay awesome - Sam
Hello,, i m sad,,, only drive hammertone serie can be 9v batery powered,,, chorus, flanger, delay and reverb need adaptator.....
It seems there is space for a battery in these, but correct, they do need an adaptor to be powered!
