Best video ive seen explaining this seemingly complicated task. Not nearly as overwhelming as i assumed it would be. Thanks much. Loved the.....grab some popcorn comment. I choked on my own saliva omg!!! Hilarious! Subscriber and fan. Will watch you instruct about anything!!
This is handled through the timers. As each timer is programmed, you simply set them with the desired gaps between start/stop for times of day they come on. The pump will remain off between.
Can you setup spillover option with one pump using pool/spa? right now I don't see that option so my spillover always runs and I'd like to have as option to turn on not run all the time.
Hi David, the answer is yes, you can through valving. I'm not sure how your system was set up, but you should have the option to direct the flow for inlet and outlet through 3 way diverter valves. Please check out the video on pool/spa combo operation to see a demonstration and explanation. You can also automate this through actuators and an automation interface. Since you are commenting on a Hayward video, I assume this is your system brand. You can add either the Hayward omni vs (smaller version) or the full Hayward omni system (larger system with much more expansion possibilities to run everything from the pool to landscape features etc.) If Jandy, the system would be an iaqualink. We do not recommend any of the pentair products because of high failure rates in our experience. The iaqualink will run any pentair items (it will not run Hayward).
Thank you so much for this video l never figured out how to change the main time. Thanks

On a 1.65 do you know how many RPM you would need to have the Hayward 200,000 BTU system turn on ?
Great video, Is there a way to shut the pump off at certain times of day? I didn't notice anything in the menu

Thank you, I will try that today...@@CrystalEdgePools

How do I change the amount of time quick clean stays on for?
Quick clean is a default time built in. It cannot be changed
how do you delete a timer. can't find this information in the manual
Select the timer in config menu and set to "off" then hit "save"
How do you cancel a “Timer”? I have four “Timers” programmed on my Hayward and I want to bring it down to only two timers.
Just go into the timer setting and select "off" and then "save"
Thank you but how do u run the pump 24 hrs at 1 speed. Always wants to shut off at midnight. No timers are set currently
Set your timer for a cycle from 12:00am-11:59pm at the desired speed and you should be able to accomplish this.
great video and easy to follow
Glad it helped
