- So after 2 weeks in #Turkey and 4 weeks away from the plot it was well and truly time to return. In this video i give a quick plot update, showing you my fig tree, pumpkins, grapevine, Tomatoes and Melons. I then demonstrate a new speed mowing technique, take some fig tree cuttings, pot on the new grapevine cuttings and tidy the kiwi vines
Plus, make sure you stick around to see who the unexpected visitor is.

Hi Cindy and welcome to my channel. Thanks for the lovely comments. Yes the banana trees do grow well in the UK but unfortunately it's very rare for them to fruit. I just grow them for their foliage. Hope to hear from you again soon 🙏

Hi Ali, did you miss the melons? They're still going strong. Going to have lots of new additions at the plot next year, starting with a PolyTunnel, extra greenhouse, and a pond, let alone a load of new plants. Hope your well ☺️
