Hiii I love ur video 😁😁
Interesting video, thanks Gray. I'm going to check my tomatoes but they're outside so may be behind yours. I need to get to work on the bind weed in my Borders, pretty flowers but I wondered what it was!
Remember a weed is just a plant in the wrong place. Bind weed can look lovely when in flower and not choking everything else to death 😧
Cattail? (Typha) Grows in very wet locations, like shallow ponds, edges of lakes. Interesting item! Usually people have flag iris in their ponds. The cattail has a much wilder, rustic feel to it. Very nice
Think you're right. Thank you 😊
I enjoyed spending time on your plot with this video! I'm jealous of your fruit trees and pond! Out of curiosity, is there a reason you didn't direct sow the new batch of courgette seeds? I would think your weather now would be okay with putting a seed directly in the ground.
Hi, thank you. I probably could direct sow but just worried about the slugs, plus they should germinate quicker in the greenhouse
end of July and im on my 3rd try at growing runner beans slugs and snails keep getting them this yr
@@paulineellison9047 sorry to hear this. This has easily been my toughest year yet in terms of growing plants 😬
this is the first year ever my courgettes have failed. peat free , plant free
Definitely due to the weather I think. Thanks for watching 😊
Hi. I have had stem rot on the melons Im growing. They dont like water around the neck, rotted and snuffed it. Im watering from below now. I dont know if you've had this with yours? Elaine 🌱
They seem ok this year but I've definitely had it before. Great advice though, I'll make sure to water around rather than directly on the stem 👍
Bulrush
Think it might be the cattail although won't know for certain until late summer 🌞
