Inspector said that roof was good, no qualms about that, but it’ll be good for another 20 years? He’s high. Not a chance.

UPPA is a needed thing unfortunately.
As roofers we need to stay in our lane and give a quote and install roofs.

I agree for the most part. Insurance carriers need to be held accountable to their policy holders.

Thanks for the forecast! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?

Roofers should be allowed to submit supplements as Insurance adjusters are often wrong in their estimates. Insurance companies definitely need to be better about indemnifying their policy holders. Insured for over 50yrs and then dropped over satellite imagery obtained from Google Earth? Thats evil.

The laws need to be more straight forward, the fact that an email he sent about his xactiamte was used against him is wild. I always try and make sure all communicationg goes through the homeowner, but all the time we get calls and emails from the carriers demanding more imforation or scope break downs. So does that break UPPA who knows, and thats the problem.

70-80% of the insurance industry is a scam. The less the insurance companies can scam policy holder the less business they’ll do in such areas. All you gotta do is look at the patterns, follow the trends and connect the dots simple
