One thing I've realized about human design is what you mentioned towards the end of the video, that it's all about the application of this knowledge. It's so easy to ruminate over the details of one's chart and come up with endless questions, but the usefulness of HD comes from applying the basics and living in accordance with one's strategy. When you said 'but wait, you haven't actually told me how to make money' you were echoing exactly what I caught my mind saying :) I found your video after searching for further resources for Gate 45 because it's my conscious Sun and I had been looking for where I'm supposed to use it in terms of resources, until someone told me it's actually more my sacral and will that will determine how I make money in the world. I loved how you said that ultimately it's about us coming back to a place of trusting our body's responses, which is a lesson I need to hear over and over again. I think because the HD system is so complicated it can make a lot of us become very 'mental' with it very quickly. :)

I've been trying to practice listening to my sacral for many years, and I think it's been challenging because there are layers to this. It's not just uhuh nuhuh. Thnk you

I am a business coach learning about HD and I have a Question: I am a 3/5 generator with sacral authority and I have 2 conexions of my sacral with channel 60-3 (which you explain so well) and also with channel 34-10 with the G center. What should I take into consideration when listening to my sacral authority? Thank you so much from Colombia ❤
This is the second video I've watched on your channel. The first was about Manifesting Generators. I want to say thank you, because after so many videos and articles I finally understood what a sacral response is, and remembered its work during my life.
I have both the 52/9 and 60/3 channels defined, and gates 3 and 60 are in my incarnation cross. As I listened to you describe the format channels, I could feel myself resisting the ideas of stillness and patience. Because how can I change the world if I'm not busy trying to get everything done all at once? After all, I have the energy for it. But it ALL comes back my sacral authority - tuning into it, learning to trust it, and following it. Whatever unfolds from that place of alignment is right for me. Thank you!

haha! ah, the brain is so predictable sometimes. I totally understand the challenge. You are not alone. Practice a bit each day bringing awareness to the breath and to the body. Create just an extra moment of space when you can. Then a little bit more the next time. Gentle awareness and acceptance of the mind helps it to relax into space, little by little. You're doing great!
