I make my stuffing the same as you except I add Golden Raisin's I soak for a few minutes in some hot or warm water. Drain and then add to the stuffing. They look like golden grapes and to my family these just give the stuffing that "special" touch. Love watching you as you explain everything so simply and down to earth.
