I like the prime putt as well. Seems to work even better on hardwood or outdoor stone by the way.

I have the same Perfect, putting Mat the compact version with the one hole. it’s great but my only complaint is it forcing you to practice to hit it a lot harder than you need to for that distance so you can hit up the ramp. when I went for a putter fitting indoors at 2ndSwing in Delaware on Quintet I couldn’t control my speed. I literally was hitting the ball too hard.

Yeah interesting comments - I haven’t tried the prime putt mate, but I wouldn’t argue against what you had to say in comparing the feel of the matt/turf - the Perfect Practice matt doesn’t feel anything like what you’d find on the Green, ditto the cup. However, I’ve had a Perfect Practice matt for six months now, and my matt rolled out perfectly flat (flat as an ironing board) straight out of the box. It has maintained its “flatness” after repeatedly being set up and packed away. As for the ball return, it has operated flawlessly. Never once has the ball not returned to the end of the track. In fact, if I’m putting from the 8’ area, I need to remove the last section of the magnetic connect track so that the ball returns and stops opposite my feet, and not keep on rolling past where I’m putting from - that’s just how good the ball return works. It’s one of the Perfect Practice strengths being able to build repetition into your putting stroke without having to chase golf balls around the lounge room 🤷‍♂️. I don’t really pay much attention to the lines, other than if I’m using the dual lines that run to the small cup. Then I am mostly using those to visualise the path of my putter stroke/head in relation to the lines. That said, I’d don’t seem to have much of a problem getting the ball to track dead centre of any of the two lines to lead to the two cups (regulation size & small) most times. If there is an issue with you being able to guide the ball along the lines, it’s not an issue with the Perfect Practice matt, it’s an issue with the build quality of your floor, surely! Old mate from Prime Putt might have sent you a dud (Perfect Practice matt). One that had been sitting, rolled up on the shelf for years - I’ve experienced no issues with mine. If I can find a good price on a Prime Putt, I may get spring for one.
    Cheers 🏌️‍♂️

Gf got me a cheap amazon one and (while I appreciated it) it was pretty much worthless, I'll have to check these two out.

I enjoy the Wellputt mat, it is a quality surface and had lots of skill game markings that can be scored to see your strengths and weaknesses and progress.
Maybe you can go through all the top selling mats and provide opinions.

The wrinkles and waves in the perfect practice were a dealbreaker for me.

Also have one.. In the instructions, it says to use a clothing steamer or Iron on it. I did have to steam mine, now it's pretty flat!

Have you tried the ExPutt? I got it a few weeks ago and I've dropped a staggering 5 SG putting (!!!!).

I gave away my Perfect Putt system. I ironed it as instructed and did get most of the wrinkles out, but there were still hard glue spots between the grass surface and the pad underneath. The balls seldom rolled all the way down the return ramp. I did like practicing with the smaller hole and the distance markers. However, I do not have a perfectly level floor anywhere in my home so, as Mr. One Putt clearly pointed out, the lines to the cups were pretty much useless. I found the workmanship subpar overall and I would not buy the Perfect Putt system again.

Impossible to replicate a proper green at home-you can only perhaps improve your straight putts- might as well use your carpet to putt on. Both nonsense.
