Yeah, this stuff makes a huge difference. Sometimes my system glitches when I plug everything in and the bass shakers won't connect. I notice it immediately on track and pause the game until I get the bass shakers working again. Lol
@@DigitalRelay If you can show/give a break down of going about setting up the software would be great! Like I mentioned months ago, I bought all the goods necessary to do this back around Feb I think and I've never gotten it working!?!?!? 😕🤔 😂 Thanks again. 🍻
I cant tell you how ecstatic I was when simhub release support for GT7. It save GT& for me. Up until that point I was just playing low frequencies from the GT7 audio through my buttkickers.
Yeah, Simhub really changed the game for GT7. Not only is it more fun while playing, I really enjoy playing around with all these different mods and designing them to work with my rig.
@DigitalRelay And it works great for all Ubisoft games.. Even for VR, and flat screen gaming. (The more people adopt to this vest, the more it will be natively get support in more games.)
hi, connected via simhub with GT7 but the Simagic P-HPR Rumble Haptic Pedal Reactor does not work, it remains off in the simhub software. do I also need a Nobsound?
@@underspeedjosefina2034 I'm not very familiar with that product, but after a quick look, no, you don't need a Nobsound interface to drive it. It looks like you'd need a power supply, and a USB control box that Simhub can send signals to.
Such a bummer that gt7 doesn’t provide telemetry for abs. I have a 4 corners setup with a bk pro under the seat and really like my config (especially when wearing headphones). But having a mini shaker on the brake pedal would be incredibly useful. Off topic but relevant to tactility where the heck is full force support?
An option here would be to create a separate wheel lock effect and attach it the the bass shaker on your brake pedal. I use Dayton Pucks on both my accelerator and brake pedal
Nice video, very helpful. I see you are using the PlaySeat Trophy, can you tell me how tall you are and if you experience any hand and arm pain due to the positioning of the steering wheel. A reviewer mentioned it is more suited to taller people, 5’ 10” and above. At 5’ 5” this has kept me from purchasing. Thanks for any info. Looking forward to more videos.
I'm 5'9", 56 years old. I have not had any hand or arm pain, but if I'm in the rig for a long period of time, my lower back will feel it a little. But, my lower back can feel sore from just living life. I did rotate the wheel base plate 180 degrees to move the steering wheel a little farther away. There's a pretty good amount of adjustability with the seat angle and pedal tray angle, but they are both inconvenient to deal with. I set mine up when I got it over a year ago to where I felt it was a good fit and pretty much left it. I have only really played with the pedal tray angle and position since.
I believe the PS5 IP address is only stored locally in Simhub so that it can access the telemetry data. I personally am not concerned, but if I was, I'd do some searching to see how much of a risk it was, and decide whether it's worth that risk.
This gives me an idea to do a video on real world budget to get into this type of setup. The short version is you can do a G29 rig for a couple hundred, a wheel stand for another hundred, a cheap Windows PC for $100, bass shakers and amp under a hundred, Arduino Uno, motor shield, fans and rumble motors for less than $100.
You just made my day. Recently went from iracing to GT7 and this will help alot. thanks pimp

I'm the one that asked you about this, so I offer my humble gratitude good sir!!! 🥳👏👍👍

Awesome! Please let me know if there is anything specific you want me to cover.

Looking forward to next Episode
Thank you! Just finished filming. Twice. The darn mic didn't work the first time. Duh.

Running simhub on gt7 with a buttkicker gamer 2 for long time now and it is awesome 👍
Yeah, it really makes the sim racing experience so much better.
Nicee.
Planning on using SIMHUB for.
simagic HPR
2 bass shakers
Custom dashboard with a monitor.
Awesome! That's gonna be great. Let me know how it goes!
You should try the oWo haptics vest with GT7 adds so much more emersion... feel the shifts and arm sensations and RPM's.its epic
Dang! That looks cool!

Hi DR, I would like to know how you did because it doesn't work for me, do you have a Video of it? thanks for this Video
Which part specifically isn't working for you? My part 2 video dropped yesterday and goes more into detail on getting the bass shakers to work.

Thanks for the info and quick reply. Very helpful!
Amazing
Fun stuff!
We just want pedal transducers!
Haha! Yes! I'll talk about why I went with rumble motors over transducers on pedals in the next video. 🤘
@ If you could go a little in depth as to how we can get motors working with gt7 we would gladly appreciate it ☺️ and thank you for the quick reply!!
Absolutely. I hope to have the video out this weekend.
Nice
Thanks!
What games are supported in Simhub for PS5..??
I'd check on the Simhub Discord and ask the developer directly, but from what I could find, it looks like GT7, GT Sport, Project Cars and F1 games.
@ would be great if you can have the info at first hand from the developer 🙏🏻. Thanks
@@juanpalomino7043 All the supported titles are available on the Simhub website.
Is it safe to use because of sharing the IP adress of the PS5 on Simhub? I mean can someone hack my PS5 or my network???

Unfortunately, I don't have a PC. I also don't have sim racing equipment.
