I tried the first recipe of fried chicken without the glaze and it turned out to be soo perfect. The chicken was really juicy and not dry. Highly recommended.😍🤤🤤

I made the first recipe but into popcorn chicken and omg it was so good! Literally my first time trying to make fried chicken and turned out so well! I love it! Highly recommend!
I did switch up the spices a little bit because I didn't have a couple of them but I'm really happy with the spice blend I ended up with, it had a really nice kick to it!

if you have this opinion i can really recommend educating yourself. pretty much every prepared meal uses saltyness and sweatness to balance out each other. sugar, sweatness from fruits balance your salt, or vinegar for example. even in the most absurd things you wouldnt expect the other to be in, you would be surprised how many there are with both as a basic ingredient.
Sweet and salty/sour is actually really good! Honey garlic fried chicken is a delicious example of that. You should try it!
